通义算法及模型备案信息说明
为了便于您了解通义产品及服务所依托的模型、算法机理以及备案情况,我们特别制定了《通义算法及模型备案信息说明》(以下简称“本说明”)。请您在使用通义之前仔细阅读本说明,以便您对即将使用的通义服务有更清楚的了解。
一、
算法
通义使用的算法如下:
(一)算法名称:达摩院交互式多能型合成算法
算法基本原理:该算法是一个专门响应人类指令的交互式多能型AI技术。其基于生成式大模型技术、自然语言处理技术,通过海量文本的深度学习大模型预训练,陆续会实现撰写邮件、列举提纲、灵感写作、方案和建议回复等算法能力。通过大模型的语义理解能力,模型无需复杂的输入处理模块,即有能力理解用户的不同需求,产出写诗、讲故事、编剧本、机器翻译、表格生成、代码写作等不同格式的恰当回复,并可进一步延伸到多模态任务场景,完成图像处理&生成、语音处理&合成、办公文档处理等任务需求。
算法运行机制:
1.
用户给定一段文本、一段代码、一张图片、一段音频、一段视频、或一个办公文档文件,作为自己输入;
2.
输入数据经过安全过滤判断是否通过安全筛选,若不通过则不进行数据生成,直接返回兜底安全结果;
3.
将各种模态输入内容,输入到预训练模型中,根据用户输入内容指令,生成对应模态的输出数据(可能为文本、代码、图片、音频模态);
4.
输出数据经过安全过滤判断是否通过安全筛选,通过则返回结果;
5.
将生成的文本、代码、图片或音频输出,并根据需要进行后处理。生成的图像可能需要进行一些修剪、缩放或调整分辨率等操作,以得到该轮交互最终的输出结果;
6.
继续进行下一轮交互,回到第1步;
算法应用场景:智能文本创作、机器翻译、表格生成、图像合成、语音合成、办公文档处理等使用场景
算法目的意图:可以通过文本指令调用预训练模型,产出写诗、讲故事、编剧本、机器翻译、表格生成、代码写作等不同格式的恰当回复,满足用户相关创作、办公、知识获取等需求;进一步可以通过文本指令,调用预训练模型,完成图像生成和语音合成,帮助用户解决多模态任务场景需求;同时,算法支持输入代码、图像、语音和办公文档,输出文本,从而支持代码辅助、看图说话、视觉问答、语音转文字、办公文档信息处理等目的。
(二)算法名称:CueMe 助手生成算法
算法基本原理:CueMe 助手生成算法是一项在百科问答、工作提效领域响应用户指令的自然对话 AI 技术,基于利用文本分析、自然语言处理、深度学习等技术,对海量数据通过深度学习大模型预训练,通过对用户对话进行意图理解、回答内容生成、文本安全多层过滤等,生成准确、相关的文本回复,同时算法结合知识增强、循证检索等方式会不断提升回答相关性和准确性。
算法运行机制:CueMe 助手目前搭载于夸克 APP 内,后续会有独立端,当用户进入 CueMe 助手,用户可通过对话方式输入各类问题及工作提效需求,经由大模型及搜索增强生成。输入文本经过安全过滤判断是否通过安全筛选,若不通过则返回兜底安全结果;若通过则将安全过滤后的文本查询请求输入至模型,并向用户返回相关问答结果,结果会经过输出安全审核,如果符合安全标准则可正常输出。
算法应用场景:夸克 APP底部导航进入
算法目的意图:CueMe 助手融合了图像识别、搜索增强和生成式对话能力,将百科问答、工作提效需求以 AIGC的方式呈现,为用户提供更详实、准确的信息。

我们十分重视您的隐私,未经您的同意,不会将您的个人信息披露给任何人。为了在保护用户隐私的同时提高通义服务品质和改进通义产品,在经安全加密技术处理、严格去标识化且无法重新识别特定个人的前提下,通义可能会将您主动输入的信息以及模型生成的对应回复用于模型训练,不断调整优化模型的效果。若您不希望我们使用您的内容训练模型,您可以联系我们。
5.
任何组织和个人不得采用技术手段删除、篡改、隐匿我们对人工智能生成内容所标注的深度合成标识。

Tongyi Algorithm and Model Record-Filing Information Statement
To help you better understand the models and algorithms underlying the Tongyi products and services, as well as their record-filing status, we have specially prepared this Information Statement on Record-filing of Algorithms and Models for Tongyi (hereinafter referred to as the "Statement"). Please carefully read this Statement before using Tongyi, so that you can have a clearer understanding of the Tongyi services you are about to use.
I. Algorithms
The algorithms used by Tongyi are as follows:
(1) Algorithm Name: DAMO Academy Interactive Multi-Functional Synthesis Algorithm
Basic Principle: This algorithm is an interactive, multi-functional AI technology designed to respond to human instructions. It is based on generative large-scale model technology and natural language processing (NLP) technology. Through deep learning of massive text data via pre-trained models, it will sequentially achieve algorithmic capabilities such as drafting emails, listing outlines, creative writing, and providing solutions or suggestions. Leveraging the semantic understanding capabilities of the large model, the model can interpret diverse user needs without requiring complex input processing modules, generating appropriate responses in various formats—such as poetry composition, storytelling, scriptwriting, machine translation, table generation, and code writing—and further extending to multi-modal tasks like image processing/generation, audio processing/synthesis, and office document handling.
Operational Mechanism:
1.
The user provides input in the form of text, code, images, audio, video, or office documents.
2.
The input data undergoes a security filter to determine if it passes safety screening. If it fails, no data is generated, and a default safe result is returned.
3.
Various modalities of input content are fed into the pre-trained model, which generates corresponding modal output data (e.g., text, code, images, audio) based on user instructions.
4.
The output data undergoes a second security filter. If it passes, the result is returned.
5.
The generated text, code, images, or audio are outputted and may undergo post-processing (e.g., cropping, resizing, or resolution adjustment for images) to produce the final output.
6.
The process repeats for the next interaction, returning to Step 1.
Application Scenarios: Intelligent text creation, machine translation, table generation, image synthesis, voice synthesis, and office document processing.
Purpose and Intent: To enable users to invoke pre-trained models via text instructions, generating responses in formats such as poetry, storytelling, scriptwriting, machine translation, table generation, and code writing to fulfill creative, office, and knowledge acquisition needs. It further allows users to invoke pre-trained models via text instructions to complete multi-modal tasks like image generation and voice synthesis. Additionally, the algorithm supports inputting code, images, voice, or office documents and outputs text to assist with code generation, image-to-text narration, visual Q&A, voice-to-text transcription, and office document information processing.
(2) Algorithm Name: CueMe Assistant Generation Algorithm
Basic Principle: The CueMe Assistant Generation Algorithm is a natural conversational AI technology designed to respond to user instructions in encyclopedic Q&A and productivity enhancement fields. It leverages text analysis, NLP, and deep learning technologies to pre-train on massive datasets. It performs intent understanding, answer generation, and multi-layered text safety filtering to produce accurate and relevant text responses. The algorithm continuously improves answer relevance and accuracy through knowledge enhancement and evidence-based retrieval.
Operational Mechanism: Currently integrated into the Quark App, the CueMe Assistant will later have a standalone version. When users access CueMe, they can input questions or productivity needs via dialogue. These inputs are processed through a large model enhanced by search capabilities. Input text undergoes safety filtering: if it fails screening, a default safe result is returned; if it passes, the filtered text is fed into the model, and relevant Q&A results are returned to the user after output safety review.
Application Scenarios: Accessible via the bottom navigation in the Quark App.
Purpose and Intent: CueMe Assistant combines image recognition, search enhancement, and generative dialogue capabilities to deliver AIGC-based encyclopedic Q&A and productivity solutions, providing users with more detailed and accurate information.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is rapidly evolving at an unprecedented pace, profoundly transforming human production and lifestyles while significantly improving productivity and quality of life. However, despite the many benefits brought by AI technology, due to the current stage of scientific and technological development, new risks related to cybersecurity, data security, and personal information protection cannot be fully controlled and/or effectively eliminated, although companies like ours are making significant efforts in this regard. If you choose to continue using Qwen, we would like to remind you of the following:

Qwen's products and services represent emerging technology. This technology is still continuously evolving and may occasionally generate inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive content. Such content does not reflect the views of Qwen Company.

Please refrain from using any output content involving individuals for decision-making scenarios that could have legal or substantial impacts on those individuals, including but not limited to decisions regarding credit, education, employment, housing, insurance, law, or healthcare.

Although the algorithm mechanism filters outputs automatically and necessary manual reviews are conducted, inaccuracies, falsehoods, irrationalities, or even biased content may still exist in some cases.Particularly, improper use methods/purposes such as prompt engineering might lead to outputs that differ from Qwen Company's positions or potentially infringe upon third-party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights). We strongly oppose generating such harmful outputs through prompts or other improper means. If you encounter any of the above situations, please feel free to provide feedback. We will promptly address false, unreasonable, biased, or suspected infringing information and further optimize our models accordingly.

We highly value your privacy. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent. In order to protect user privacy while simultaneously enhancing service quality and refining our products, your input information and the corresponding replies generated by the model may be used for training purposes after undergoing secure encryption processing, strict de-identification, and ensuring it cannot re-identify a specific individual. If you do not wish for us to use your content for model training, please contact us.
5.
No organization or individual shall employ technical means to delete, alter, or conceal the deep synthesis identifiers we attach to AI-generated content.
