7Ding Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
DingTalk (Singapore) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") will collect and process your personal information when providing our products, applications ("Apps"), websites and services. As a company providing Internet services, we attach great importance to the protection of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains the categories of personal information we collect, how we will use and provide your personal information, and how you can manage your personal information. We will do our best to properly protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where our business is located (collectively referred to as "Applicable Laws").

2.1 This Policy applies to the 7Ding App, 7Ding PC, 7Ding web version and other services developed by us that clearly state that this Policy applies (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
2.2 We may formulate separate privacy policies or additional terms to this Policy (collectively, "Special Policies") for certain specific services. Special Policies will describe the categories of personal information we collect for such specific services, how we will use and provide such personal information, and other policies for using such specific services. If there is any conflict between the terms of the Special Policy and the terms of this Policy, the terms of the Special Policy shall prevail.
2.3 We have the right to update this Policy at any time in accordance with changes in business and legal requirements. The updated Policy will apply to the user personal information we have collected and new information collected thereafter. If there are major changes in the collection, use or disclosure of user personal information, we will also obtain your consent in advance.
3. Personal Information We Collect
When you use this Service, we will collect the following types of personal information:
3.1 Personal information collected to register and complete a 7Ding account includes but is not limited to:

Your personal profile information, including: avatar, nickname, etc. Your personal profile information will be public and can be viewed by other users and other third parties.
3.2 Personal information collected for the use of our online social and chat functions, including but not limited to:

Contact information (such as mobile phone number, email account, etc.) that you actively input to us in order to add your contacts. In addition, the 7Ding App provides the function of adding friends through the address book, which can add other users in the address book to your recommended friends list so that you can add friends quickly. We will only collect the phone numbers in the address book of your device if you enable this function and turn on the device address book permission.

The content of messages you send when using our online chat function, including text, voice, pictures, files, etc., as well as message sending logs and other information.
3.3 If you use the public information publishing function of this Service, we will collect the information you publicly publish, and the information you publicly publish will be viewed by other users. We strongly recommend that you do not publish information that should not or do not want to be disclosed to the public through this Service, such as other people's personal information, business secrets, etc.
3.4 If you use the AI-related functions of this Service (such as AI assistant), we will collect the content of your interaction with the AI and related service log information in order to provide you with services.
3.5 When you contact our customer service, we need to collect your personal information to verify your identity in order to ensure the security of your account. During your communication with our customer service, we will save your communication records and other relevant information you provide to solve problems and save service records.
3.6 In order to ensure the safety and stability of you and other users when using this Service, we will automatically collect your personal information through this application, including but not limited to your: device information (such as device model, device identifier, etc.), application information, network information (IP address, network environment information, operator information, etc.), service log information, etc. We will combine your aforementioned information with the information provided by our affiliates or partners in accordance with the law to achieve the purpose of account security verification, risk identification, security incident prevention, etc.
4. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
We will use your personal information collected for the following purposes:
4.1 To provide you with this Service. We will use your personal information to manage registered users and provide the services requested by users.
4.2 Used to send you notifications related to the Service. We will send you important information about product feature updates, policies, agreement changes, security tips, etc. Please understand that such communications are not advertising in nature and cannot be canceled.
4.3 To provide you with customer support and services. We will collect the information you provide when you contact us to respond to, record, and resolve various issues you raise.
4.4 For internal analysis and service improvement. We will analyze the location, device, and specific features of the service to improve our features and services.
4.5 To ensure the security of the Service. To ensure the safety of you and others when using the Service, we will process your personal information, such as your device information, application information, network information, usage activity information, and other related information. 5.1 Personal information disclosed by users. Information published by users themselves, as well as personal profile information set to be public, can be viewed, copied, stored and transmitted by third parties other than the users.
5.2 Entrusting Third-Party Suppliers. In order to provide the Service, we may entrust third-party suppliers to provide some services (such as providing network infrastructure, customer service, etc.). For this purpose, we will provide the suppliers with necessary personal information, but the scope of use is strictly limited to what is necessary to perform the subcontracted services. We will: ( i ) comply with Applicable Laws and regulations and conduct strict investigations on the data security protection measures of suppliers; (ii) sign agreements with suppliers related to personal information protection to ensure that suppliers properly handle and protect users' personal information; and (iii) take other necessary personal information protection measures to ensure the security of users' personal information.
5.3 Business merger, division, and transfer. If we merge, divide, or transfer our business, and therefore need to transfer personal information, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient, and the recipient will continue to process your personal information in accordance with this Policy and Applicable Laws.
5.4 Comply with Applicable Laws and cooperate with law enforcement agencies. If we receive a subpoena, investigation order, judgment, ruling or other valid legal document from a law enforcement agency, we will disclose user personal information to third parties (including police, courts and other law enforcement agencies) in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Laws.

You should properly keep the account password and other authentication information used when logging into this Service. If a security incident occurs, we will promptly notify the affected users in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and report to the relevant regulatory authorities when necessary.

Your Rights
7.1 To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, copy, restrict processing, and withdraw consent to your personal information that we process. You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and request to know whether your personal information is subject to any automated decision-making due to our processing. In addition, where permitted by Applicable Laws and regulations, you also have the right to refuse or prohibit us from processing your personal information in certain circumstances.
7.2 We provide relevant functions in this Service so that you can manage your personal information, including editing your personal profile, setting the opening and closing of system permissions, managing the sharing scope of public information or canceling your account. To ensure that your personal information is always accurate, please update and maintain your personal profile regularly. Storage of Personal Information
8.1 We will store the user's personal information in a data center located in Singapore. We also have technical support, customer service support and other teams in other parts of the world. These teams are responsible for providing you with this Service and accessing your relevant information when necessary. We have taken strict internal control measures to ensure that only the minimum necessary scope of personnel can access your data.
8.2 We will only store and manage your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law. We will determine the period for storing your personal information based on the following factors:

11. Protection of Minors
this Service is not intended for minors under the age of 16, and we will not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 16. If a minor under the age of 16 provides us with personal information, we will take measures to delete the relevant personal information from the system at the request of the minor's guardian.
