Users Notice of Content Translation

If you choose to use the communication tools provided by Taobao (such as Wang Wang, referred to as "tools"), please be sure to read and confirm the terms under this User Notice in detail. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this User Notice, please do not continue to use the tools. If you choose to continue using the tool, you are deemed to agree to this User Notice:
Clause 1. Under this notice, you authorize Taobao to collect the relevant content (referred to as "data") including personal information entered (provided) by you in the tools, and provide the above data to the third-party translation technology service provider cooperating with Taobao, and entrust it to translate and process your above data into a language that the seller can identify (including but not limited to Chinese), provide you with the ability to translate the content of the seller's communication contents, and assist buyers and sellers in completing cross-border transactions. The specific languages supported for translation are subject to the actual display of the platform products. Taobao will not provide any other data to the above third parties except for the data you enter into the tools.
Clause 2. You understand and agree that Taobao will, on the basis of taking necessary data security measures, carry out cross-border transferring of your above data to the People's Republic of China, and Taobao and/or third-party translation technology service providers will process, use, store and transfer the above data within the territory of China.
Clause 3. You agree and promise that the data you provide to Taobao/authorize Taobao to provide to third parties is legal and compliant, including but not limited to obtaining the necessary authorization in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations, and bear the corresponding consequences of violations. If the data you provide is not authorized or may infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others, please do not provide the above data to Taobao.
Clause 4. [Data Processing Method] Taobao only processes your relevant data within the scope required for content translation and based on your authorization in this notice; without your explicit authorization and consent, Taobao will not provide any third party with your above data.

[Rights Exercising Method and Procedure] You can get in touch with Taobao via Email address <pip.tmw@service.alibaba.com> (Please indicate that the affairs are related to [Taobao] and offer the specific facts). Please note that Taobao may not reply to your questions that are unrelated to personal information.
Clause 6. [Disclaimer] You understand that Taobao can only provide machine translation tools to you and sellers. You should be responsible for the compliance and accuracy of the data you entered and provided. If your or the merchant’s translated content is inconsistent with the original text displayed, the original text shall prevail. Taobao and third-party translation technology service providers do not assume any substantive or formal guarantee or guarantee for the accuracy, compliance and applicability of translation.
