Happy Shrimp Credits Policy
1. What Are “Credits”?
● Credits are virtual items designed to enable users to access additional Happy Shrimp services.
● Credits may be used to redeem specific features or value-added services on the Happy Shrimp platform.
● Credits may be obtained and used only by users who are logged in to the Happy Shrimp platform.
● Special Note: Credits may be used only in the relevant Happy Shrimp account and may not be transferred, gifted, withdrawn, or exchanged for currency. Credits are digital goods and do not constitute tokens, virtual currency, or prepaid instruments. They have no monetary or prepaid value. Completed Credit purchases are non-refundable.
2. Types, Acquisition, Use, and Validity Periods of Credits
(1) Obtaining Credits
● Promotional Bonus Credits: Granted through platform promotions; the validity period is as specified on the product interface and in the applicable promotional announcements.
● Membership Subscription Credits: Once a membership subscription takes effect, Credits are issued monthly during the subscription term and remain valid for 31 days from each date of issue.
● Login Credits: Registered users may claim Login Credits upon their first login each day. The Credits expire 24 hours after issuance.
● New-User Registration Credits: Users may claim these Credits when they first register. The Credits expire 24 hours after issuance.
● Purchased Credits: Purchased directly and valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
(2) Using Credits
● Credit Deductions: Credits are deducted when AI creation features are used, in the amounts displayed on the product interface at the time. The applicable amount is deducted immediately when generation begins. If generation fails, the deducted Credits will be returned.
● Amount Deducted: The number of Credits deducted varies according to the selected parameters (such as the number of outputs) and is as displayed on the product interface at the time.Note: Due to changes in product strategy, the validity periods and applicable rules for Credits may change. Any revised rules will take effect on the date announced. The rights and benefits associated with paid services purchased before an adjustment takes effect will not be affected. For details, please review the system announcements or the relevant information page, or contact the platform’s customer service.
3. Pricing for Credit Purchases
● Discounted Pricing: The platform may offer discounts from time to time. Discounted prices are as shown on the product interface and are subject to the applicable published promotional rules.
Note: The platform may update and improve its service features, pricing plans, and user rights and benefits. The actual number of Credits received is as stated on the relevant promotional and payment pages.
4. Order of Credit Use
● Credits are used in order of expiration, with those having the shortest remaining validity period used first.
5. Purposes and Use of Credits
● Users who have purchased Credits may spend them to use AI creation features on the Happy Shrimp platform and partner platforms. Any additional uses will be as described on the product interface at the time.
6. Relationship Between Credits and Membership
● Credits may be used only to redeem specific features and services on the Happy Shrimp platform and partner platforms.
● Credits may not be used to redeem membership or other value-added services.
● Credits may not be transferred or gifted, whether between different users or between different accounts held by the same user.
● Credits are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
● Certain features are available only to members and cannot be unlocked using Credits. These include an increased maximum number of concurrent tasks, authorization for commercial use, priority in the generation queue, and lossless audio downloads (MP3 and WAV formats supported).
● Purchased Credit packages remain available for use after membership expires and are not affected by membership status. Membership Subscription Credits remain valid for 31 days from the date of issue and expire thereafter.
