Delivery Guarantee and Compensation

The On-time Delivery Guarantee is subject to the terms set forth in the Alibaba Guaranteed Logistics Services Agreement (https://rulechannel.alibaba.com/icbu?type=detail&ruleId=21000600&cId=1307#/rule/detail?ruleId=21000600&cId=1307). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Alibaba Guaranteed Logistics Services Agreement.

 

If the order has not been dispatched or delivered on or before the specified date, buyers can select "Apply for compensation" in My Alibaba > Orders > All orders. The buyer can apply within 30 calendar days of the specified date.



For orders that are dispatched or delivered after the specified date, the buyer will receive compensation amounting to 10% of the actual order value (excluding service fees), with a maximum limit of US$100 (one hundred dollars).



Upon successful completion of the compensation claim, the buyer will receive redeemable coupons for future Trade Assurance orders.



The buyer can only make one claim per Trade Assurance order.

 

Refunds and Easy Return The buyer can request a refund for missing deliveries, damaged products, and quality defects. In addition, the buyer can apply for Easy Return, which enables free returns to a local warehouse in cases of quality or defect issues. The total amount of the product (excluding tax) and the shipping fee must not exceed US$3,000 (three thousand dollars).

 

Coupon Validity Coupons are valid for 90 calendar days from the date of coupon issuance. Coupons not used by the expiration date will be void.

 

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding any provision herein, Alibaba shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, changes in regulations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or other similar events (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Alibaba’s obligations under this Terms and Conditions shall be suspended, and Alibaba shall not be required to provide compensation or refunds to Users for any losses incurred as a result of such events.

 

Miscellaneous

If there are versions of these Terms and Conditions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
