DingStore Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 30, 2025
Thank you for using DingStore Service. Prior to completing the registration process or utilizing any of our services in any manner, you must carefully read and fully understand this DingStore Terms of Service(hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service”), particularly the clauses that limit or exclude our liability. After thorough comprehension, you may choose to accept or decline these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and registering as our customer or otherwise commencing use of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or any of their provisions, you must discontinue registration and refrain from using our services.
This Terms of Service constitute a valid contract between you and DingTalk (Singapore) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “DingTalk” or “We”) concerning your registration as a Customer of Ding Store International Website (website:www.dingstore.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “Website”), as well as your purchase and use of the various specific services provided on the Website, including enterprise email service (“Alibaba Mail”) and direct mail services (“Sendify”) (collectively referred to as “the Service” or “Service”).
This Agreement comprises the General Terms, product-specific terms applicable to the purchase and use of particular products, other terms published by us that are expressly declared to be part of This Agreement (such as the Service Level Agreement), and announcements, rules, and other notices that We may publish from time to time on the relevant product interfaces.
General Terms
1. Account Registration, Use, and Security
1.1. Registration Eligibility
1.1.1. You acknowledge that upon completing the registration process or otherwise using the Service in a manner permitted by DingTalk, you must be a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil rights capacity and full capacity for civil conduct (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “You”).
1.1.2. If you are a minor or lack full capacity for civil conduct, you do not satisfy the aforementioned eligibility criteria,you shall cease from registering and/or using our Service.
1.2. Account Registration
1.2.1. Upon completing all registration procedures by providing the required information as prompted on the registration page, and reading and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you shall become our Customer.
1.2.2. You may complete the registration process by setting or confirming an account name and the password you have chosen. You may register a customer account by setting a login email address and completing dynamic verification, authorizing the use of a third-party account for linked registration, or by other registration methods provided by us.
1.2.3. The Account Name you set shall not violate applicable laws, public order and good morals, social ethics, or DingTalk’s policies; otherwise, your account may not be successfully registered, or DingTalk reserves the right to cancel your registered account.
1.2.4. You must promptly update your account information to ensure it remains truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If the information you provide is found to be incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, We may send an inquiry or notification requesting corrections, and you will be required to cooperate by providing or updating the relevant details as needed. Should the information or data you supply prove to be untrue, untimely, incomplete, or inaccurate, leading to any inability to use the Service or causing other losses, you will bear full responsibility for such consequences.
1.3. Security of Account
1.3.1. You may use the account you registered to log in to our website, thereby purchasing and utilizing the various services We provide. You acknowledge and agree that We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Services at any time (including adding or removing product categories, adjusting service content, upgrading versions, etc.), or to modify, suspend, or terminate certain features or functions of a specific service, or to modify, suspend, or terminate the content or usage methods of a specific service at any time. Any such changes, suspensions, or cancellations will be publicly announced on the Website to notify you. You shall review and fully understand the relevant adjustments. If you do not agree with any amended terms, please cease from continuing to purchase or use the related Services. Your use of our Services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the Terms of Service publicly announced at that time.
1.3.2. We may notify you of matters related to your purchase and use of our Services or prompt you to take further actions via email notifications, or system messages. During your use of the Services, you shall promptly review all relevant notifications or prompts and act accordingly.
1.3.3. Unless expressly required by law, or with DingTalk’s written consent, you shall not transfer, lend, lease, sell, donate, or otherwise allow others to inherit your account.
1.3.4. Your account information is set and maintained by you. You shall keep your account, password, verification code, and all other account-related information and data strictly confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized login or use of your account by others, you shall immediately contact us through our customer service. We will assist you in suspending your account, changing your password, or implementing other security measures; You acknowledge that it may take a reasonable period for us to act upon your request. DingTalk shall not be held liable for any consequences, including but not limited to any losses you may suffer, arising prior to such action or caused by your own conduct.
2. Account Suspension and Cancellation
2.1. Account Suspension
Your account may, in full or in part, be frozen under the following circumstances, in which case We will notify you by email, or system message:
2.1.1. Violation of these Terms of Service, the relevant rules, polices of this Website, or other service agreements or terms;
2.1.2. Violation of applicable laws, regulations, policies, or legal instruments;
2.1.3. We reasonably determine that there are abnormalities in your account operations, etc.
2.1.4. Suspension as mandated by competent national authorities.
2.2. Account Cancellation
2.2.1. We may (but not obliged to) cancel your account under any of the following circumstances:
a.
Upon receiving your request, We will process and complete the account termination in accordance with applicable laws and prescribed procedures.
b.
If the situations described in Article 2.1 occur and are considered severe, We reserve the right to terminate your account.
iii.
Should you fail to log into this Website via your account for twelve consecutive months and there are no active services associated with your account, DingTalk may, at its discretion, terminate your account.
2.2.2. You acknowledge and agree that upon account termination, you will:
a.
You will no longer be able to log in to this website or access any related services;
b.
Access to the Service management backend will be permanently revoked;
iii.
You will be unable to perform any operations requiring account permissions;
iv.
The personal information, transaction records, business data, historical information, and other related data under this account will be permanently deleted;
e.
All services purchased through this account, including all administrator accounts and end-user accounts configured or generated via these services, will be terminated simultaneously. All related personal information, transaction records, business data, historical information, and similar data will be deleted and cannot be restored;
f.
Account termination does not exempt or reduce any responsibilities or actions associated with the account prior to termination.
2.2.3 Upon account termination, We will cease further collection, storage, and use of your personal information and data, except where otherwise required by applicable laws and/or regulations, such as retaining relevant invoice information for tax compliance. The cancellation of the account also does not affect our obligations to legally verify Customer's true identity prior to the account cancellation, as required by regulatory authorities or in other lawful scenarios.
3. Regulations for Use of the Service
3.1. You shall strictly use the Service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and promptly pay the applicable service fees through the payment methods designated by DingTalk. You acknowledge and agree that, once the relevant service is purchased and activated, it shall be deemed to have been duly delivered, you are not entitled to request partial or full refunds for services that have been activated.
3.2. When using the Service, you undertake that:
3.2.1. You shall comply with all applicable national and local laws and regulations, industry standards when using the Service, and shall not using the Service to publish, or disseminate any of the following information or content:
1)
incites ethnic hatred or discrimination;
2)
disturbs public order, or sabotages social stability;
3)
is for political campaigns, or trying to influence the outcome of an election;
4)
encourages obscenity, eroticism, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigates crimes;
5)
actions that do or are intended to harm, disable, destroy or adversely affect the performance of the Service in any way or which do or are intended to harm or extract information or data from other hardware, software or networks of DingTalk or other customers;
6)
insults or defames others, or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests (including without limitation intellectual property rights) of others;
7)
false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, encroaching on the privacy of others, harassing, infringing, slandering, vulgar, obscene, grossly harmful, blasphemous, defamatory, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or is otherwise morally disturbing or unlawful in any manner;
8)
infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party;
9)
advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized;
10)
in the sole determination of DingTalk, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using our Services, or which may expose DingTalk or its customer to any harm or liability of any type;or
11)
otherwise restricted or prohibited by applicable, regulations, rules, ordinances and codes.
3.2.2. You shall not use the Service to create, copy, publish, or distribute spam. Spam refers to irrelevant, intrusive, or advertising emails sent to recipients without their explicit consent.
3.2.3. You shall ensure that both you and the End Users (“End Users” means natural persons who ultimately operate or use the Service, including but not limited to the Customer personally (if the Customer is a natural person), the Customer’s employees, or other personnel authorized by the Customer) comply with this Terms of Service in their use of the Service.
3.2.4. When using the specific services provided by us, the Customer may appoint a super administrator and/or administrator (collectively referred to as “Administrator”) for such services and assign the corresponding backend management permissions. The Administrator shall manage the account and set passwords on behalf of the Customer. The actions of the Administrator shall be deemed actions of the Customer, and all consequences and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the Customer, including but not limited to the processing of customer data. The Administrator must ensure that all operations are duly authorized by the Customer. Any liabilities or disputes resulting from unauthorized or excessive operations shall be resolved solely between the Customer and the Administrator, with DingTalk bearing no responsibility.
Should Customer breach the foregoing assurances, DingTalk reserves the right, pursuant to the relevant Terms of Service, to suspension and/or terminate Customer’s account.
4. Personal Information Protection
4.1. To promptly understand and address your needs and provide you with suitable services, We may record the contact information or account data you provide (including your name, email address, and Telephone number), your company’s basic information,in our Customer Relationship Management system. The Service consultant assigned to you is authorized to access this information and contact you when necessary. Please be assured that We will implement all necessary compliance measures to safeguard the security of your information. Should you have any inquiries, you may reach us through our Customer Service, and We will respond to your request within 15 days.
4.2. For further details on how We collect and use your personal information or protect your privacy, please refer to the "Ding Store International Website Privacy Policy".
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. We respect Intellectual Property Rights. Unless with your consent, We will not use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, alter, distribute, publish, or disclose any Intellectual Property owned by you without authorization.
5.2. Any organization or individual who believes that the content on the Ding Store International Website Website, infringes their lawful rights and interests may contact our customer service and submit a written rights notification,We will promptly address the matter in accordance with applicable laws upon receipt of a valid notification.
5.3. You shall not attack our website, nor modify, adapt, or translate the software, technology, materials, or other components used in the Service. You are prohibited from obtaining the source code related to the Service through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any similar means. All consequences arising thereof shall be your sole responsibility, and DingTalk reserves the right to pursue legal accountability against you in accordance with applicable laws.
5.5. You shall respect the Intellectual Property and all other lawful rights and interests of DingTalk and/or third parties. You further warrant that, in the event of any unlawful acts constituting an infringement of such rights, DingTalk, together with its employees, shareholders, partners, and any associated entities, shall be fully indemnified and held harmless from any impact or loss arising therefrom.
6. Confidentiality
We commits to implementing confidentiality measures regarding any information you submit or become aware of during Account registration or use of our Services, and shall not disclose your information to any third party, except under the following circumstances:
6.1. Disclosure is permitted in accordance with this Terms of Service or other service agreements, contracts, or online terms between you and DingTalk;
6.2. Provided in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations or upon the request of administrative, judicial, or other competent authorities;
6.3. Provided that such confidential information has already been made public or is accessible from the public domain without breaching the obligations set forth in this Terms of Service;
6.4. When necessary to provide the Service you have requested.
7. Export Control and Sanctions
Both parties undertake to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations. You undertake not to use the products or services provided by DingTalk for any purposes prohibited by applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations. Without authorization from the relevant competent authorities, neither you nor any individual or entity authorized by you to use DingTalk products or services shall provide controlled products, technology, software, or services via DingTalk products or services to any destinations, entities, or individuals prohibited under applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations.
8. Information Security Incidents
DingTalk shall manage information security Incidents in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with relevant security incident handling standards. In the event of an information security incident involving your related data, We will promptly notify you of the incident details via email, system notifications, public announcements , or other appropriate means. You may also proactively contact us through work orders, customer service, or your key account manager.
9. Liability for Breach
9.1. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, any violation of the Terms of Service, or any actions taken under your Account. If such claims are made against DingTalk and its affiliates, employees, customers, or partners, you shall be responsible for handling them and shall indemnify DingTalk and its affiliates, employees, customers, or partners for all losses and liabilities incurred as a result.
9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DingTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.
9.3 In no event shall the aggregate compensation payable by DingTalk to the Customer for losses arising from DingTalk's own fault in the performance of the Service exceed the total Service Fees paid by the Customer to DingTalk during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
9.4. You acknowledge and agree that during any public beta testing, invitation testing, free trial (usage) periods, or within any free service quota, although DingTalk will endeavor to support the availability and reliability of the Service, it makes no guarantees regarding such availability or reliability, and shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your use or inability to use the DingTalk Service, including any work or results produced. DingTalk reserves the right to impose charges for such free Services in the future and will provide you with prior notice before any Service Fees are applied.
9.5 For the paid services you purchase, We will provide services in accordance with the relevant provisions set forth in the Service Level Agreement.
10. Force Majeure Events
Our Service is provided subject to the current state of technology and prevailing conditions. We will use commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure the continuity and security of the Service. However, We cannot always foresee or prevent all legal, technical, or other risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be held liable for any failure to provide the Service normally due to the following force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances:
a. Force Majeure refers to objective circumstances that neither party can reasonably foresee, avoid, or overcome, including but not limited to: (1) natural disasters such as floods, typhoons, droughts, fires, earthquakes, or volcanic eruptions; (2) social disturbances such as strikes, riots, wars, blockades, embargoes, or compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations that hinder or prevent performance;
b. Events arising from public service disruptions, including power supply failures, communication network outages, or other similar occurrences beyond DingTalk's control;
c. Incidents caused by third-party actions, including hacker attacks, viruses, or malfunctions in your own hardware or software equipment, which are not independently attributable to DingTalk;
d. Temporary system maintenance performed by DingTalk, as previously announced or notified (including but not limited to fault rectification, system upgrades, system expansions, or server migrations).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, DingTalk shall endeavor to minimize the impact of such events on the Service and will resume normal operations as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
11.2 Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Disputes”) shall be finally resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the then-effective Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Arbitration Rules and shall be held in Singapore. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator appointed by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties, and the parties agree to comply with the award accordingly.
12. Notice
12.1. You hereby acknowledge and agree that DingTalk may deliver notifications to you by Website Announcement, Email, System Message, or other means that We deem appropriate. You represent and warrant that all contact information provided by you is complete, accurate, and currently valid. Such notifications shall be deemed effectively delivered upon successful transmission to the contact information provided by you.
12.2. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service or in a separate written agreement between DingTalk and you specifying alternative notification methods, any notices sent by you to DingTalk must be delivered via the official contact information published by DingTalk for external communications.
13. Updates and Termination of Terms
13.1. DingTalk reserves the right to amend this Terms of Service from time to time, and will announce or notify such changes through Website announcements, email or system messages or other appropriate means. If you continue to use the Service after the Terms of Service have been amended, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the revised terms, and agree to comply.
13.2. The Terms of Service shall terminate upon the cancellation of your account, or by mutual agreement between both parties to terminate the Service.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1. The section headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect.
14.2. If any provision of this Terms of Service is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable, and its invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14.3. DingTalk reserves the right to transfer all or part of its rights and obligations under this Service to its affiliated companies through announcements posted on the DingStore (www.dingstore.com), system messages, or email notices.
14.4. DingTalk may entrust its affiliated companies or other legal entities to provide you with one or more specific services within the DingStore. You may also enter into related terms or conditions with such entities. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly before deciding whether to accept or reject them.
14.5. The confidentiality clauses, intellectual property clauses, applicable law and jurisdiction clauses, and other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of the Terms of Service.
14.6 We may translate these Terms of Service into multiple languages. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms of Service, the English version shall prevail (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations)
Additional Product Terms
1. Alibaba Mail
1.
You acknowledge and agree that the provisions applicable to Customers under this Agreement shall equally apply to End Users, who must strictly adhere thereto unless such provisions are explicitly inapplicable to End Users. The Customer shall be responsible for supervising and managing End Users’ use of the Service, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement.

The Enterprise Mail service encompasses functionalities such as email transmission and reception, calendar management, cloud storage administration, and address book features. The specific functionalities available depend on the version procured and utilized by the Customer and are subject to the actual user interface provided.
3.
Customers using the Enterprise Email service must provide a domain name with lawful ownership prior to activation and ensure its validity throughout the Service period. Any losses arising from issues related to the Customer’s domain name that prevent provision of the Service, or from blocked network ports, shall be borne solely by the Customer. If the Customer is unable to continue using the Service due to domain name invalidity or other related reasons, the Customer may submit an application to DingTalk to replace the domain name.

Upon the Customer’s fulfillment of the relevant procedures in accordance with the activation requirements stipulated by DingTalk or its authorized distributors, DingTalk shall activate the Administrator Account and grant backend access permissions to the Customer. The Administrator is authorized to add and manage End Users through the backend system, set initial passwords, and perform other administrative functions. The Customer must properly complete domain name configuration and email setup before normal use of the Service; similarly, End Users must correctly configure their accounts before utilizing the Service. Neither the Customer nor the End Users shall be entitled to compensation or hold the Service Provider liable for any inability to use the Service resulting from improper configuration by either party.
5.
For Customers using the Enterprise Email service, DingTalk may send payment notice prior to the expiration of the Service. Failure to make payment before the Service expires will result in automatic termination of the Service. If the Customer fails to pay within 30 days following the Service Term expiration, DingTalk reserves the right to delete all data generated by the Customer during the Service period, and the Customer shall assume all resultant liabilities.
2. Sendify
1.
Sendify is a direct mail platform provided by DingTalk to Customers, supporting task-based management and customizable workflows. Customers may use Sendify for the purpose of sending notification emails, marketing emails, managing unsubscribe requests, and conducting data analysis.
2.
Prior to utilizing the Sendify service, Customers shall independently configure the sender address, email content, recipient email addresses, and any other relevant information required for the Service.
3.
Customers shall ensure that all recipient information uploaded to Sendify is complete, accurate, and lawfully obtained. Furthermore, Customers shall ensure that their email-sending activities are conducted with the recipients’ prior consent or otherwise comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.
Customers using the Service to send marketing email must provide recipients with a clear and accessible option to unsubscribe. Upon receipt of an unsubscription request from a recipient, Customers must immediately cease sending marketing email to such recipient.
5.
Customers acknowledge and agree that due to varying network conditions and differing spam filtering policies across email systems, DingTalk does not guarantee the successful delivery rate of emails sent through the Service. Customers shall not be entitled to refunds or compensation based on unsatisfactory email delivery success rates.
6.
For Customers utilizing the Sendify Service, DingTalk may send payment notice prior to the expiration of the Service. Failure to make payment before the Service expires will result in automatic termination of the Service. If the Customer fails to pay within 30 days following the Service Term expiration, DingTalk reserves the right to delete all data generated by the Customer during the Service period, and the Customer shall assume all resultant liabilities.
