QwenNote Voiceprint Recognition Service Personal Information Processing Rules

I. Scope of These Rules
1. These Rules form an integral part of the QwenNote Terms of Service and the QwenNote Privacy Policy, and explain how the voiceprint recognition (speaker recognition) feature of the QwenNote mobile app processes voiceprint information. Matters not covered herein are governed by the QwenNote Privacy Policy. When you enable the voiceprint recognition feature for the first time, we will present these Rules to you and seek your separate consent. In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and the QwenNote Privacy Policy regarding the processing of voiceprint information, these Rules prevail.
2. Voiceprint recognition distinguishes different speakers within the same recording, helping you organize transcripts and AI-generated summaries. Owing to the current state of the industry's technical capabilities, we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of recognition results; you may review and correct them yourself.
II. Information Collection and Use
1. Your voiceprint feature values are generated on your mobile device from a segment of your speech (the specific enrollment method is as displayed in the product); their extraction, comparison, and matching are all performed locally on your mobile device, and voiceprint feature values are stored only on your device. We do not upload your voiceprint feature values to the cloud, do not create or maintain any voiceprint database in the cloud, and have no access to the voiceprint feature values stored on your device.
2. Voiceprint features are used solely to distinguish different speakers within the same recording, and are not used to identify or associate your real identity, not compared against any external identity database, not used for the training or optimization of AI models, not provided to any third party, and not transferred across borders. Voiceprints constitute biometric information, and we protect them with standards no lower than those applicable to general personal information.
3. Speaker names that you manually add or modify constitute your content data; their processing is governed by the QwenNote Privacy Policy.
4. You may disable the voiceprint recognition feature at any time in the app settings. After switching phones, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, locally stored voiceprint data will be erased and must be re-enrolled. Withdrawing consent or disabling the feature does not affect processing previously carried out based on your consent.

一、本規則の適用
1.
本規則は、『QwenNote利用規約』及び『QwenNoteプライバシーポリシー』の一部を構成するものであり、QwenNoteモバイルアプリの声紋識別（話者識別）機能が声紋情報を取り扱う方法について説明します。本規則に定めのない事項については、『QwenNoteプライバシーポリシー』が適用されます。声紋識別機能を初めて有効にする際、当社は本規則を提示し、お客様から個別の同意を取得します。 声紋情報の取扱いに関して本規則と『QwenNoteプライバシーポリシー』に相違がある場合は、本規則が優先されます。

声紋識別は、同一の録音内で異なる話者を区別し、文字起こし及びAIサマリーの整理に役立つ機能です。業界の技術水準の制約により、当社は識別結果の正確性を完全に保証することはできません。お客様ご自身で確認・修正していただけます。
二、情報の取得及び利用

声紋特徴量は、お客様の音声の一部からお客様のモバイル端末上で生成されます（具体的な登録方法は製品画面の表示に従います）。その抽出・照合・マッチングはすべてお客様のモバイル端末上で行われ、声紋特徴量はお客様の端末にのみ保存されます。当社はお客様の声紋特徴量をクラウドにアップロードせず、クラウド上に声紋データベースを作成・保存せず、お客様の端末に保存された声紋特徴量にアクセスすることもできません。

声紋特徴は、同一の録音内で異なる話者を区別するためだけに利用され、お客様の実本人の特定・関連付けには使用せず、外部の身元データベースとの照合は行わず、AIモデルの学習・最適化には使用せず、第三者への提供及び国境を越えた移転も行いません。 声紋は生体認証情報に該当するため、当社は一般の個人情報と同等以上の保護水準で取り扱います。

お客様が手動で追加・修正する話者名は、お客様のコンテンツデータに該当し、その取扱いについては『QwenNoteプライバシーポリシー』が適用されます。
4.
お客様は、アプリの設定からいつでも声紋識別機能を無効にできます。機種変更やアプリのアンインストール・再インストール後は、端末内の声紋データは消去され、再度登録が必要となります。同意の撤回または機能の無効化は、撤回前にお客様の同意に基づいて行われた取扱いの効力に影響しません。
