We understand the importance of your personal information and greatly appreciate the trust you place in us. FUNTEE PTE. LTD. (or “we” or “VeriTickets”) prepares VeriTickets Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to help you fully understand how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information when you use our products and/or services; and how you can manage your personal information and make informed choices about its processing.
This Policy applies to services provided by VeriTickets through our websites, mobile applications or other channels. If we or our affiliates provide specific products and/or services under separate privacy policies, those products and/or services will be governed by their respective privacy policies. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties. The collection and use of your personal information in connection with such third-party services will be governed by the separate privacy policies of those third parties.
Before using our products and/or services, please read this Policy carefully and ensure that you fully understand its contents. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy. Information Collection and Use
To deliver and operate the marketplace for ticketing services for online and on-site performances, competitions, exhibitions, and related activities as well as other associated services, we need to collect and use certain necessary personal information. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to use our products and/or services properly.
1.1 How do we collect your personal information

Account registration, login and management
Our services are provided based on your VeriTickets account. To create an account, you must provide at least your email address, verification code and set up your password. If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to register or log in to a VeriTickets account and may only use the platform in guest mode, under which you can browse and search for events but cannot purchase tickets.
(2)
Product or service information display
Browsing. When you browse VeriTickets, we will collect your browsing records, including information related to performances, events, tickets, products, and other relevant content to enable this function and for other purposes that will be clearly explained to you.
Subscribing. When you subscribe to notifications for out-of-stock or upcoming tickets, we may collect your email address so we can alert you when they become available for purchase.
Search. When you use the search function, we may collect your search records, including search keywords, search histories, browsing time, and search frequency. To provide efficient search results, some of this data may be temporarily stored on your local device, and search history may be displayed to you for convenience.
Language and currency. When you select or change the language or currency, we may collect your language and currency setting records to suit your preferences and to facilitate the use of other features.

Facilitating transactions
Placing orders. To enable order creation, and payment we may collect and use your phone number and order information, including the event name, ticket category, quantity, order number, ticket price and order time.
Payment. We may collect your payment information to process payments.
Delivery. For paper ticket delivery, we may collect your contact information, including name, phone number, country/region (Global), province/city/district and detailed address.

Real-name authentication.
Where required in certain jurisdictions or where the events you may attend require real-name authentication, we may need to do real-name registration and identity verification. While we do not do account-level real-name authentication on VeriTickets for the time being, we reserve the right to implement such mechanism from time to time as per applicable local laws and regulations. Such information will be collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling the organizer’s real-name requirements, and VeriTickets will only assist the organizer in completing the verification as necessary. VeriTickets will not otherwise use or process your real identity information beyond what is required for this purpose.

Customer service and dispute resolution
When you contact us or request information pre-sales or after-sales, or request for assistance, or provide any feedback and suggestions, we may ask you to provide certain personal information to verify your VeriTickets account for security reasons.
To facilitate communication, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain records of case handling, we may retain your communications and correspondence with us, including chat records and relevant details (such as account information, order information, supporting documents, complaint and inquiry information and your contact details). If your inquiry or complaint relates to a specific order, we will use your account and order information to process and respond to your request.
1.2 How do we use your personal information
We may use the personal information collected from you for the following purposes:

To establish, operate, maintain, and administer your account, process your order, facilitate payment, and provide related services and support;
(2)
To respond to your inquiries or feedback and assist with issues encountered during your use of our services;

For operational purposes such as system maintenance, testing;

To ensure service security, including assessing account and transaction risks, and detecting and preventing fraud or other security incidents;

To seek professional advice, including legal counsel, or enforce your obligations and protect the rights of VeriTickets, our partners, customers, contractors, or service providers;

To comply with legal or regulatory obligations;

For other related purposes with your consent or as otherwise described in the applicable terms and conditions governing our relationship with you.
In general, we will only use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy or for purposes we disclose to you at the time of collection. However, we may also use your information for other purposes reasonably related to those disclosed, such as for public-interest archiving, research, or statistical analysis, where permitted by applicable data protection laws.
Where permitted by law, we may process your personal information without your consent in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, for example, to perform a contract with you, protect public or vital interests, comply with legal obligations, or process information that has been lawfully disclosed.
1.3 Personalized recommendation and marketing
We do not use personalized recommendations on our website. However, with your prior consent, we may send you commercial or promotional information regarding services, features or events that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe or opt out by adjusting your preferences in your account settings or by contacting our customer service team using the contact details as provided. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional messages, but we may still send you service-related notifications, such as order updates, event reminders, service survey, or policy changes.

Under some circumstances, we may refuse to respond to your request as permitted by applicable law. In the event of damage to our physical, technical, or management safeguards that leads to unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, potentially harming your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly activate emergency response plans and take reasonable and necessary measures to minimize any impact on you.
For online transactions using VeriTickets services, you will inevitably have to provide your personal information to facilitate the purchase of tickets. Please properly protect your personal information, only provide it to third parties when necessary, to avoid information theft or even falling victim to telecom and online fraud.

To provide you with better product and/or service experience, we continuously strive to improve our products, services and technologies. For new services and changes to business processes, we may update our Policy and remind you of the updated content through station messages or other appropriate ways, so that you can stay informed about the latest version of this Policy.
For important changes, we may provide more prominent notifications (including publishing updates via VeriTickets or providing pop-up window prompts) to inform you and acquire your consent as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We will also archive the old versions of this policy on a dedicated page on the VeriTickets website for your reference. By agreeing to and continuing to use VeriTickets’s services, you agree to the contents of this Policy at the date you use VeriTickets’s services.

Protection of Minors
If you are a minor under the applicable laws and regulations in your country or region, please ask your parents or legal guardian to read this Policy carefully. We need to obtain your parents’ or guardian’s consent before you can use VeriTickets’s services or provide any personal information to us. We may collect your age-related information to determine whether you are a minor, as required by the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the legal age of majority has used VeriTickets’s services or provided his/her personal information to us without your consent, please contact us through the channels specified in the “How to Contact Us” section below. We will take appropriate measures, including deleting the relevant account and any personal information collected from the minor.
