VT Seller Privacy Policy

Welcome to VT Seller!
FUNTEE PTE. LTD (“FUNTEE”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates and provides a ticketing management tool (“VT Seller”) for sellers (“Sellers” or “You”) .
We understand the importance of your personal information and greatly appreciate the trust you place in us. We prepares VT Seller Privacy Policy (for Seller) (the “Policy”) to help you (“you” refers to the Seller’s account operator, authorized contacts, legal representatives, and other individuals whose personal information is provided in connection with the use of VT Seller )  fully understand how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information when you use our products and/or services; and how you can manage your personal information and make informed choices about its processing.
This Policy applies to services provided by us through our websites, mobile applications or other channels. If we or our affiliates provide specific products and/or services under separate privacy policies, those products and/or services will be governed by their respective privacy policies. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties. The collection and use of your personal information in connection with such third-party services will be governed by the separate privacy policies of those third parties.
Before using our products and/or services, please read this Policy carefully and ensure that you fully understand its contents. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy. By ticking or clicking the checkbox “Agree with this Policy” on the relevant interface, you acknowledge and confirm your consent to our processing of your personal information for the purposes described herein and in accordance with this Policy.

Information Collection and Use
To deliver and operate the marketplace for ticketing services for online and on-site performances, competitions, exhibitions, and related activities as well as other associated services, assist you with ticket management and sales,we need to collect and use certain necessary personal information. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to use our products and/or services properly.
1.1 How do we collect your personal information

Account registration, login and management
Our services are provided based on your VT Seller account. To create an account, you must provide your email address, verification code and set up your password. If you refuse to provide the foregoing information, you will be unable to register for or log in to your VT Seller account.
(2)
Seller Onboarding
For Sellers without a VT Seller account, we will reach out them offline and assist in completing the backend onboarding process. During onboarding, we may collect the name, identification number, and identification document images of the Seller’s legal representative and the email address, telephone number and WeChat account of the Seller’s designated contact person. When providing such personal information, you should ensure that you have informed the relevant individuals and obtained their consent or other lawful basis. If you refuse to provide the foregoing information, you will be unable to complete onboarding or use functions such as ticket listing, ticket issuance, and the wallet.

Product or service information display
Browsing. When you browse VT Seller, we will collect your browsing records, including information related to projects and orders, and other relevant content to enable this function and for other purposes that will be clearly explained to you.
Search. When you use the search function, we may collect your search records, including search keywords, search histories, browsing time, and search frequency. To provide efficient search results, some of this data may be temporarily stored on your local device, and search history may be displayed to you for convenience.
Language and currency. When you select or change the language or currency, we may collect your language and currency setting records to suit your preferences and to facilitate the use of other features.

Customer service and dispute resolution
When you contact us through the Platform on issues such as ticket issuance, ticket inventory management, deposit-related matters, or ticket transaction–related issues, we may, in addition to Seller-related information, collect and use your personal information to verify your identity and your association with the relevant merchant account, in order to ensure account security and properly handle such matters.
To facilitate communication, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain records of case handling, we may retain your communications and correspondence with us, including chat records and relevant details (such as account information, contact information, operation records, complaint and inquiry information and your contact details). If your inquiry or complaint relates to a specific order, we will use your account and order information to process and respond to your request.

Ticketing Service Management
When you use the Platform functions, including ticket inventory management, order details, merchant ticket issuance, and the wallet, we do not collect your personal information during this process. However, we will record business-related information of the Seller, including ticketing information, order information, financial information, seat information, and proof of ticket issuance, for purposes such as facilitating ticket transactions and delivery, providing aftersales services, and dispute resolution.
1.2 How do we use your personal information
We may use the personal information collected from you for the following purposes:

To establish, operate, maintain, and administer your account and provide related services and support;
(2)
To complete Seller onboarding verification and maintain the operational management records of the Seller’s account;
(3)
To enable your use of the merchant platform’s core functions, including ticket management, order processing, ticket issuance, and order management;
(4)
To respond to your inquiries or feedback and assist with issues encountered during your use of our services;
(5)
For operational purposes such as system maintenance, testing;
(6)
To ensure service security, including assessing account and transaction risks, and detecting and preventing fraud or other security incidents;
(7)
To prevent, detect, or investigate disputes, crimes, fraud, or security breaches, and for internal or external audit or compliance purposes;
(8)
To seek professional advice, including legal counsel, or enforce your obligations and protect the rights of VT Seller, our partners, consumers, contractors, or service providers;
(9)
To handle, investigate, or resolve complaints, claims, or disputes;
(10)
For legal, safety, administrative, accounting, or management purposes, including preparing management reports or analyses;
(11)
To comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
(12)
As permitted or required by law, to assist with investigations, law enforcement, or other matters involving government authorities; or
(13)
For other related purposes with your consent or as otherwise described in the applicable terms and conditions governing our relationship with you.
In general, we will only use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy or for purposes we disclose to you at the time of collection. However, we may also use your information for other purposes reasonably related to those disclosed, such as for public-interest archiving, research, or statistical analysis, where permitted by applicable data protection laws.
Where permitted by law, we may process your personal information without your consent in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, for example, to perform a contract with you, protect public or vital interests, comply with legal obligations, or process information that has been lawfully disclosed.

Cookies are very small text files sent from a server used to operate a website to the user’s browser and stored on the hard disk of the user’s computer. We will only share and disclose your personal information for purposes and within the scope stated in this Policy, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, we may share and disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:
3.1 Buyers, Service Providers and Business Partners.
We may share your personal information with Buyers, our affiliated companies, third-party service providers, and business partners who cooperate with us to provide or support our services. These partners may assist us in:

Providing cloud storage, email delivery, or payment processing services;

Facilitating customer service, delivering tickets, marketing communications, event management, and system security support.
We will only disclose your personal information to the extent necessary for these purposes and, where required by law, will enter into appropriate data processing and confidentiality agreements with such parties. These agreements will ensure your information is processed in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection requirements.
3.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information to competent law enforcement bodies, regulators, courts, or government agencies when we believe such disclosure is necessary, lawful, and for one or more of the following purposes:

We will respond to all requests we receive from individuals seeking to exercise their personal information rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. To protect the security of your account and your personal information, we may ask you to provide certain additional information before we respond to your requests. Under some circumstances, we may refuse to respond to your request as permitted by applicable law. For example, we may refuse to comply if doing so conflicts with our obligations under applicable laws or regulations. In such cases, we will explain the reason for our refusal in our response.Where permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing your request.

Data Retention and International Transfer
5.1 Retention period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless there are mandatory legal retention requirements. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to the requirements of applicable laws.
5.2 Storage location and international data transfers
Normally, your personal information will be stored in servers located in Singapore. To provide you with the ticketing management and sales, and for security maintenance and other purposes specified in this Policy, we may transfer your personal information to our affiliates, service providers or business partners who may be located in countries or regions other than Singapore and your location. These countries or regions may have different data protection rules from those where you are located.
Where required by applicable laws, we will take necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable data protection laws. Security of your Personal Information
We have implemented reasonable and practical security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss.
In the event of damage to our physical, technical, or management safeguards that leads to unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, potentially harming your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly activate emergency response plans and take reasonable and necessary measures to minimize any impact on you.

To provide you with better product and/or service experience, we continuously strive to improve our products, services and technologies. For new services and changes to business processes, we may update our Policy and remind you of the updated content through station messages or other appropriate ways, so that you can stay informed about the latest version of this Policy.
For important changes, we may provide more prominent notifications (including publishing updates via VT Seller or providing pop-up window prompts) to inform you and acquire your consent as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We will also archive the old versions of this policy on a dedicated page on the VT Seller website for your reference. By agreeing to and continuing to use VT Seller’s services, you agree to the contents of this Policy at the date you use VT Seller’s services.

4.
Retention and Destruction of Personal information
Your personal information will be processed for the period strictly and objectively necessary to achieve the scope and purposes identified in this Policy. When we no longer need to use your personal information, we safely and securely destroy such information, according to the procedures and methods of destroying personal information as set forth below:

Destruction Procedure: We select the personal information for which needs to be destroyed and destroy the personal information through appropriate procedures.

Destruction Method: We destroy personal information recorded and stored in electronic files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroy personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by way that are not feasible to restore, such as dissolution, shredding or incineration.
