Miravia Coupon Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of platform or store promotional coupons and/or codes on Miravia Platform ("Coupons").
1. Coupons are only valid for redemption and use in the country of purchase and only for items sold on Miravia website and/or Miravia mobile application ("Miravia Platform").
2. Please consult the specific Coupons policies when you collect the Coupons and please note that the applicable terms and conditions will be the updated policies at the moment of Coupon collection.
3. To use the Coupons, they must be applied to qualifying products at the checkout page when the Coupon is in effect.
4. Each Coupon can be used for a one-time purchase only. Please check your cart to ensure the Coupons are applied and review your order carefully before checkout.
5. Coupons are only valid for a limited time and such validity period shall be as prescribed in any individual Coupon policy. You will be able to consult the validity period and terms and conditions of the individual Coupon at My Account > My Coupons.
6. Miravia reserves the right to cancel or modify any Order pursuant to the applicable provisions of Miravia Terms of Use and/or Miravia Terms and Conditions of Sale, or revoke the use of Coupons in case of violation of relevant rules in particular in the following circumstances:
a) suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Coupon use;
b) Coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
c) Coupon used in bad faith (including resold Coupons or use of Coupons by customers purchasing products for resale).
7. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific Coupon (for example, validity period, eligibility, discount amount and products related), and will govern the use and redemption of those Coupons in addition to the terms and conditions herein.
8. Coupons will only be returned if the entire order is cancelled before shipping. For partial cancellation or returns or refunds, Coupons will not be returned. Please note that the promotional codes are not refundable in any case once used.
9. Coupons are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and/or services.
10. Unless otherwise stated, Coupons can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts (flash sale, price reduction etc.). Please note that one Coupon can not be used in conjunction with another Coupon of the same nature but can be used in conjunction with the Coupon of a different nature (for example, one platform coupon cannot be used in conjunction with another platform coupon but can be used in conjunction with a store coupon).
11. Any tax relating to the use of any Coupon shall be borne by the users of the Coupons. Miravia shall not have any obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any Coupon.
12. Miravia will not be held liable and/or be required to offer replacement Coupons, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:
a) discontinued or cancelled Coupons;
b) improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Coupon; or
c) the inability to redeem a Coupon due to technical issues.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Miravia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel any Coupon at any time and without notice where it deems that any transaction is fraudulent or has reasonable grounds to suspect that it is fraudulent.
14. The Coupons shall be void if restricted or prohibited by applicable laws and/or regulations.
Unless otherwise defined herein, the definitions and provisions in respect of interpretation set out in Schedule 1 of Miravia Terms of Use will apply to these Miravia Coupon Terms and Conditions.
