欢迎您使用我们的产品和服务！我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，您的信赖对我们非常重要，我们将严格遵守法律法规要求采取相应的安全保护措施，致力于保护您的个人信息安全可控。基于此，飞猪国际服务提供者（或简称“我们”）制定本《飞猪国际隐私政策》（下称“本政策”/“本隐私政策”），帮助您充分了解在您使用我们产品和服务的过程中，我们会如何收集、使用、共享、存储和保护您的个人信息以及您可以如何管理您的个人信息，以便您更好地作出适当的选择。
We are pleased to offer you our products and services! We fully appreciate the importance of your Personal Information and your trust is very important to us. We will strictly comply with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and take measures accordingly for ensuring the safety of your Personal Information. On this basis, the Fliggy International Service Provider (“we” or “us”) prepared this Fliggy International Privacy Policy (“this Policy”/“this Privacy Policy”) to help you understand how we collect, use, share, keep and protect your Personal Information and how you may manage your Personal Information in the process of using our products and services, for the purpose of assisting you making decision accordingly.

您同意隐私政策表示您已了解飞猪国际平台提供的功能，以及功能运行所需的必要个人信息，并给予相应的收集使用授权，但并不代表您已单独同意开启附加功能、处理非必要个人信息以及处理敏感个人信息，我们会根据您的实际使用情况单独征求您的同意。
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have understand various functions offered by Fliggy International Platform and the necessary personal information required for such functions, and you consent to the collection and use of such personal information. However this does not constitute your separate consent to launching add-on functions, processing of unnecessary personal information or processing of sensitive personal information. We will ask for your separate consent when you actually choose to use those functions.

一、适用范围
One. Scope of this Policy
本政策适用于飞猪国际服务提供者以网站、以及随技术发展出现的新形态向您提供的各项产品和服务。
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by Fliggy International Service Provider via website or other media as technology develops.
除本政策说明的相关信息收集使用活动外，本政策不适用于飞猪国际商家（“商家”）或其他第三方向您提供的其他服务，其他服务适用该等第三方向您另行说明的个人信息收集使用规则。例如，当您选择成为商家会员或第三方独立会员时，则此类商家或第三方对您的个人信息的使用应遵循其向您单独说明的隐私政策或规则。
Unless particularly referenced herein, this Policy does not apply to those services offered by the Merchants operating on Fliggy International (“Merchants”) or other third parties – such services are subject to the terms of collection and use separately provided to you by these third parties. For example, if you elect to become a member of a Merchant or a third party, then such third parties’ use of your personal information should adhere to the privacy policy or rules separately provided by these third parties.

When you use our products or services, we need or may need to collect and use your Personal Information in the following manners:
1、 为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的基本功能，您须授权我们收集、使用的必要的信息。如您拒绝提供相应信息，您将无法正常使用我们的产品及/或服务；
1. For the purpose of providing the basic function of our products and/or services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services;
2、 为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的附加功能，您可选择单独同意或不同意我们收集、使用的信息。如您拒绝提供，您将无法正常使用相关附加功能或无法达到我们拟达到的功能效果，不会影响您使用我们的基本功能。
2. For the purpose of providing the add-on functions of our products and/or service, you may elect to separately consent to our collection and use of the information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use the relevant add-on functions or enjoy the convenience these functions offer, but this will not affect your usage of the basic functions.

We remind you in particular that: we aim to provide you all kinds of products and services for your various needs. Due to the many types of products and services we provide and users’ choices of different products/services, the basic/add-on functions and the respective Personal Information collected differs in types and scope. The types and scope of Personal Information collected will depend on the particular product/service function.

（一）帮助您成为我们的会员及账户管理
(One) Enable you to become our member and manage your account
1、基础会员服务
1. Basic Member Service
我们基于飞猪国际平台账户为您提供服务。为了创建飞猪国际平台账户，您需要至少向我们提供您的手机号码、拟使用的会员名和密码。如果您拒绝提供上述信息，您将无法注册飞猪国际平台账户，仅可以使用浏览、搜索服务。
We provide you our services via Fliggy International Platform account. To create a Fliggy International Platform account, you need to at least provide us with your mobile phone number, a proposed member name and password. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to create your Fliggy International Platform account, but browse and search functions are still available.
为了确保我们是在为您本人提供服务，我们可能会根据您提供的上述信息校验您的身份。若存在依法需确定您必要身份的场景（包括依法保护未成年人权益、打击电信网络诈骗、为您扣缴税费、行政执法或司法诉讼中相关主体认定）时，您授权我们可自支付宝公司处获取您对应支付宝账户的必要认证信息用于上述目的。
To ensure we are providing services to you yourself, we may verify your identity based on the aforementioned information you provide to us. To the extent we need to verify your identity as per any legal requirement (including minor protection, prevent internet scam, withhold tax, identification for the purpose of administrative order or legal procedure), you authorize us to obtain your identity verification from the Alipay Entity and use it for the aforementioned purpose.
2、附加会员服务
2. Add-On Member Service
授权登录：我们可能经您单独同意后向第三方提供您的账户信息（头像、昵称及其他页面提示的信息），使您可以便捷地实现第三方账户的注册或第三方处直接登录。此外，我们可能会根据您的单独同意从第三方处获取您的第三方账户信息，并与您的飞猪国际平台账户进行绑定，使您可在第三方处直接登录、使用我们的产品及/或服务。我们将在您单独同意的授权范围内使用您的相关信息。
Authorized log-in: if we have your separate consent, we may provide your account information (account image, nickname and other information displayed on website) to third parties to enable you to conveniently register a third party account or log in at the third party’s portal. In addition, we may, pursuant to your separate consent, obtain your third party account information from the relevant third party and associate the same with your Fliggy International Platform account for enabling you to log-in and use our products and/or services from the third party’s portal. We will use your information in accordance with the scope of your separate authorization.
其他会员角色服务：如果您申请注册成为卖家、服务商或其他存在额外身份认证要求的会员角色，您需主动向我们提供身份信息及/或企业相关信息。
Other member service: If you apply to register as a seller, service provider or another type of membership which requires additional identification verification, you will need to provide us with identification information and/or relevant information regarding your enterprise.
对于您通过淘宝平台使用我们的服务，为便于您查看您的飞猪国际优惠权益和交易订单，您同意我们将您的上述信息传输给淘宝平台经营者，通过淘宝平台向您展示以上信息。
If you use our service via Taobao Platform, for enabling you to browse promotions and review transaction records of Fliggy International, you agree that we may provide the aforementioned information to the operator of Taobao Platform, which may display the same to you via Taobao Platform.
（二）向您展示商品或服务信息
为向您展示商品或服务信息，包括您的访问足迹，我们会收集和使用您在访问或使用飞猪国际平台时的浏览、搜索记录。我们会结合依法收集的设备信息、服务日志信息，以及其他取得您授权的信息，通过算法模型预测您的偏好特征，匹配您可能感兴趣的商品、服务或其他信息，对向您展示的商品、服务或其他信息进行排序。为满足您的多元需求，我们会在排序过程中引入多样化推荐技术，拓展推荐的内容，避免同类型内容过度集中。我们也会基于您的偏好特征在飞猪国际及其他第三方应用程序向您推送您可能感兴趣的商业广告及其他信息，或者向您发送商业性短信息 （点击了解个性化推荐）。
(Two) Display Information with Respect to the Products or Services to You
For the purpose of displaying information of products or services, including record of your visit, we will collect and use your browse and search record at Fliggy International Platform. We will utilize this information in combination with Equipment Information and Service Log Information which we collected legally and other information you authorized us to use, by way of an algorithm model, to learn your preferences and therefore recommend goods, services or other information you may be interested in and arrange the sequence of the display of goods, services and other information. To satisfy your various needs, we will introduce diversified recommendation technologies to expand the scope of the recommended information to avoid a scenario where only similar types of information are being recommended. We will also send commercial advertisement or other information to you via Fliggy International or other third party applications in the form of push messages or commercial text message (click here for more information on individualized recommendation).
同时，我们通过以下措施努力保障您的隐私体验：
1、 如您要删除您的浏览记录，您可以登录飞猪旅行APP，在“我的-浏览历史”中选择删除；
2、 如您不想接受我们给您发送的商业广告，您可通过短信提示回复退订或我们提供的其他方式进行退订或关闭；
3、 如您在使用我们提供的站内搜索服务时，需要查看不针对您个人特征的排序，您可以在搜索结果页面选择“通用排序”进行设置；
At the same time, we protect your privacy by implementing the following measures:
1、 If you wish to delete your browsing record, you can log in to the Fliggy mobile application, go to “My – Browsing Record” and elect “delete”;
2、 If you do not wish to receive the commercial advertisement sent by us, you may reply “un-subscribe” in the text message or elect to un-subscribe or turn off the messages via other means we make available from time to time;
3、 When using the search function on our site, if you need to browse the search result in a sequence which does not reflect your preference, you may elect “general sequence” on the search result page.
（三）为您提供收藏、加购、关注与分享功能
在您浏览飞猪国际平台的过程中，您可以选择对感兴趣的商品及/或服务进行收藏、添加至购物车、与您感兴趣的商家/品牌/其他会员建立关注关系、通过我们提供的功能组件向第三方分享商品/服务信息。在您使用上述功能的过程中，我们会收集包括您的收藏及添加购物车的记录、关注关系、分享历史在内的服务日志信息用于实现上述功能及其他我们明确告知的目的。
(Three) Provide You Functions of Bookmark, Add to Shopping Cart, Follow and Share
When browsing on Fliggy International, you may elect to bookmark or add to shopping cart the goods and/or services you are interested in, follow the Merchants/brand/other members you are interested in, and share information of goods/services with third parties. When using these functions, we will collect the Service Log Information of your bookmarks, shopping cart items, accounts you follow and your sharing record for the purpose of the aforementioned functions and other purpose we explicitly notify you.

You may view and manage your bookmark and shopping cart items in the bookmark tab and shopping cart tab.
（四）帮助您完成下单及订单管理
当您在我们的产品及/或服务中订购具体商品及/或服务时，我们会通过系统为您生成购买该商品及/或服务的订单。在下单过程中,您需至少提供您的联系人姓名及联系电话，同时该订单中会载明您所购买的商品及/或服务信息、具体订单号、订单创建时间、您应支付的金额，我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您顺利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、查询订单信息、提供客服与售后服务及其他我们明确告知的目的。
(Four) Enable You to Complete and Manage Bookings
When you place a booking on Fliggy International, a booking record will be generated in our system. For the purpose of completing the booking, you will need to at least provide the name and telephone number of your contact person. The booking record will include information of the goods and/or services purchased, booking reference number, time of the booking and amount payable for the booking. We collect such information to enable you to complete the transaction, ensure transaction safety, display booking information, provide customer service and for other purposes we explicitly notify you.
您可以通过飞猪国际平台为他人订购商品及/或服务，您需要提供该实际订购人的前述个人信息。向飞猪国际平台提供实际出行人/乘客的信息之前，您确保您已经取得实际出行人/乘客/本人的同意，并确保其已知晓并接受本隐私政策。其中为儿童订购旅游商品或服务的，您需在订购前取得所涉及儿童的监护人授权同意。
You may book products and/or services for others on Fliggy International Platform and to do this, you will need to provide Personal Information of the relevant third parties to Fliggy International. Before doing so, please ensure that you have obtained consent from the actual guest or passenger of the usage of their Personal Information, and that they understand and accept this Privacy Policy. Particularly, if your booking is for a Child, you need to obtain consent from the guardian of the Child.
为便于您了解、查询订单信息并对订单信息进行管理，我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。
For enabling you to review, inquire and manage your bookings, we will collect the booking information generated during your usage of our service and use the same for displaying the booking to you and thus enable you to manage the bookings.
对于您通过饿了么平台渠道使用我们的服务，为便于您查看您在饿了么平台下单的飞猪国际平台商品或在饿了么平台渠道领取的飞猪国际红包卡券，您同意我们将您的上述订单信息及飞猪国际红包卡券信息传输给饿了么平台经营者，通过饿了么平台渠道向您展示以上信息。
If you elect to use our service via Eleme (饿了么) Platform, for enabling you to browse those bookings of Fliggy International’s goods you made on Eleme Platform or the red packet vouchers of Fliggy International you claimed on Eleme Platform, you agree that we may provide the aforementioned information to the operator of Eleme Platform, which may display the same to you via Eleme Platform.
您可额外填写/选择包括其他联系电话、收货时间在内的更多附加信息以确保商品或服务的准确送达。
Additionally, you may choose to fill in or elect other contact phone numbers, available time for receiving deliveries and other information to ensure successful delivery of the goods.
另外，因旅行商品或服务的特殊性，您所选择的部分商品或服务，需要您进一步提交必要的信息才能完成预订，这些信息您需要自行填写，或者授权我们以其他方式帮助您完成信息录入，我们同时也提请您在具体预订过程中予以关注：
Besides, due to the nature of the tourism products, for some of our products or services, you will need to provide additional information to complete the booking. Such information may be filled out by you or you may authorize us to fill out the information by other means. We ask your attention to the following:
1、在您预订机票时，您应至少提供乘机人姓名、性别、国籍、出生日期、证件类型、证件号码、证件有效期、证件签发地、联系人姓名、手机号码、电子邮箱。以便飞猪国际、商家依据各自职责，为您提供机票预订、信息通知及后续退改签服务。
1. When booking flights, you should at least provide to us the name, gender, nationality, date of birth, type of identification, ID number, effective date of ID, issue place of ID, name and mobile phone number of contact person and email address, such that Fliggy International and Merchants may provide booking, notification and cancellation/change services to you in accordance with their responsibilities respectively.
2、在您预订酒店时，您应至少提供入住人姓名、联系手机、联系邮箱以便飞猪国际、商家依据各自职责，为您提供酒店预订、信息通知及后续退改服务。在您预订酒店时如有另外购买取消险产品，您同意飞猪国际自保险产品提供方处获取您的保单理赔情况，以便为您提供保单查询、赔付跟踪服务。
2. When booking hotels, you should at least provide to us the name of the guest, mobile phone number of contact person and email address such that Fliggy International and Merchants may provide booking, notification and cancellation/change services to you in accordance with their responsibilities respectively. If you also purchase cancellation insurance when booking hotels, you agree that Fliggy International may obtain the claim record from the insurer in order to provide you with insurance inquiry and claim service.
3、在您预订景点门票时，您至少需要提供取票人的姓名、证件类型和证件号、联系方式，以便飞猪国际、商家依据各自职责，为您提供门票预订、信息通知服务。
3. When booking entry tickets, you should at least provide to us name of the person who will collect the tickets, type of identification, ID number and contact phone number, such that Fliggy International and Merchants may provide booking and notification services to you in accordance with their responsibilities respectively.
4、您使用旅游定制、自由行、跟团游玩乐服务时，视不同的服务类型，您可能需要提供不同的信息类型，这些信息包括出行人姓名、证件类型和证件号、联系人姓名和手机号、邮箱、性别、年龄。
4. When booking customized tours, self-planned tours or group tours, depending on the type of the tour, you may need to provide different types of personal information, including name, gender and age of traveller, type of identification, ID number, name and mobile phone number of contact person and email address.
其他需要您进一步提供必要信息才能完成商品或服务预订的，具体以预订流程中的提示或授权内容为准，请注意仔细阅读。
If there are other information required for completing your booking, we will notify you or obtain your authorization in the booking process, please pay attention to the terms and conditions of the booking.

You may view your booking record in “My Bookings” tab.
（五）帮助您完成支付
为完成订单支付，您需要绑定支付宝账户并选择付款方式。我们会将您的账户会员名、对应的支付宝账户会员名、订单支付相关信息、订单安全相关设备信息及其他反洗钱法律要求的必要信息通过在网站或客户端中嵌入的支付宝软件工具开发包（软件工具开发包在本政策中简称“SDK”）及其他安全方式与支付宝公司共享。如您选择由其他金融机构为您提供支付服务，我们还会将您的包括银行卡号、有效期在内的银行卡支付必要信息与您选择的相应金融机构共享。
(Five) To Enable You to Complete Payment
To complete payment of the booking, you will need to associate your Fliggy International Platform account with your Alipay account and elect payment options. We will share with Alipay Entity your Fliggy International Platform account, the associated Alipay account, payment information, Equipment Information relating to transaction safety and other information required for anti-money laundry compliance via Alipay’s software development kit (“SDK”) incorporated in our website or mobile application. If you choose payment service offered by other financial institutions, we will provide the financial institution you choose with necessary payment information including the number and effective term of your bank account.
您可以请求其他人为您付款，那么您需要提供代付人的支付宝账户及/或手机号码。
You may request others to pay for you, to do so you will need to provide the Alipay account and/or mobile phone number of the payor.
为使我们及时获悉并确认您的支付进度及状态，为您提供售后与争议解决服务，您同意我们可自您所选择的交易对象、支付宝公司或您选择的其他金融机构处收集与支付进度相关信息。
In order for us to keep aware of your payment progress and status and provide you with after-sale and dispute resolution service, you agree that we may collect from your counterparty, Alipay Entity or other financial institution you choose information with respect to payment progress.
您可以查看您的账户所绑定的支付宝账户信息或申请更换绑定的支付宝账户。
You may view the account information of your Alipay account or apply to switch to another Alipay account.
（六）客服及争议处理
当您与我们联系或提出售中、售后、争议纠纷处理申请时，为了保障您的账户及系统安全，我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以核验您的会员身份。
为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果，我们可能会保存您与我们的沟通、通信/通话记录及相关内容（包括账户信息、订单信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的其他信息，或您留下的联系方式信息）。如果您针对具体订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议的，我们会使用您的账户信息和订单信息。
为了提供服务及改进服务质量的合理需要，我们还可能使用的您的其他信息，包括您与客服联系时您提供的相关信息，您参与问卷调查时向我们发送的问卷答复信息。
(Six) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or requires us to resolve any dispute arising during or after the transaction, to protect your account and safety of the system, we will need you to provide necessary Personal Information for verifying your identity.
For us to contact you and assist you with dispute resolving as soon as possible or record solutions proposed for dispute resolution and the results, we may retain telephone or other communication record (including account information, booking information, information you provide for fact verification and your contact information). If your inquiry, complaint or suggestion relates to a particular booking, we will use your account information and your booking information.
For providing and improving service, we may use other information you provided, including the information you provide to customer service and your responses to our questionnaires.
（七）为您提供信息公开发布功能
您可通过我们为您提供的评论、问答、旅行笔记及其他信息发布功能，选择公开发布图文内容，发表评价及问答内容，包括发表评价及问答内容，以及作为商家发布商品及/或服务相关信息、店铺相关信息。
我们可能会根据您的会员类型及网络日志信息，判断您是否可享受对应信息发布功能权限（例如只有曾购买过某商品或服务的会员才可通过问大家对其他会员针对该商品或服务的提问做出回答）。
请注意，您公开发布的信息中可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至敏感个人信息，如您在评价时选择上传包含个人信息的图片。请您更加谨慎地考虑，是否在使用我们的服务时共享甚至公开分享相关信息。若您公开发布的信息中涉及他人个人信息的，您需在发布前征得他人的同意。若您公开发布的信息中涉及儿童个人信息的，需在发布前取得所涉及儿童的监护人授权同意。前述情形下监护人有权通过本政策第八条的途径联系我们，要求更正或删除涉及儿童个人信息的内容。
(Seven) To Provide You with the Function of Sharing Information
You may utilize the review, Q&A, travel notes and other information sharing functions we made available to share text or images, publish a review or Q&A and as a Merchant, publish information with respect to goods and/or services and your store.
We may determine if you may utilize certain information publication function based on the type of your membership and web log information (for example, only members who have purchased certain goods or services may provide answers to the questions concerning such goods or services).
Please note that the information you elect to share publicly, e.g. the pictures you upload as part of your review of goods or services, may contain Personal Information or even Sensitive Personal Information of yourself or others. Please use caution when you use our information sharing functions. If your proposed publication contains Personal Information of others, please ensure you have obtained consent from such persons with respect to the disclosure of their Personal Information. If your proposed publication contains Personal Information of a child, please ensure you have obtained consent from the guardian of the Child with respect to the disclosure of the Child’s Personal Information. The guardian of the Child may contact us in accordance with Section Eight of this Privacy Policy and require correction or deletion of the Child’s Personal Information.

为履行保障电子商务交易安全的法定义务，提高您使用我们及我们关联公司、合作伙伴提供服务的安全性，保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入风险，更准确地识别违反法律法规或飞猪国际平台相关协议、规则的情况，我们在应用程序中嵌入我们关联公司开发的应用安全SDK收集您的设备信息、服务日志信息，并可能使用或整合您的会员信息、交易信息、设备信息、服务日志信息以及我们关联公司、合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息（其中，我们可能会在应用后台运行期间收集MAC地址、IMEI及其他设备标识符进行风险校验），来综合判断您账户及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。
(Eight) To Ensure Your Safety
To comply with legal requirement of ensuring safety of e-business, increase the safety level of the services provided by us, our Affiliates and our partners, prevent the personal and property safe of yourself, other users and the public from being harmed, reduce the risk of phishing site, fraud, network vulnerability, virus, network attack, internet hack and accurately identify any scenario which involves violation of laws, regulations and agreements and rules of Fliggy International Platform, we have incorporated application safety SDK in our application to collect your Equipment Information and Server Log Information and may use or consolidate your membership information, transaction information, Equipment Information, Server Log Information and information authorized by you to our Affiliates and partners or shared to them legally (particularly, we may from the backend of the application, collect MAC address, IMEI and other equipment identifiers to assess risk level) to make a comprehensive determination of the risk of your account and transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent safety incidents, and implement legally required record, audit, analysis or disposition measures.

(Ten) Miscellaneous
If the information you provide to Fliggy International contains Personal Information of others, please ensure you have such third parties’ consents for doing so before providing the information to Fliggy International. If Personal Information of a Child is involved, you should obtain consent from the guardian of the Child. The guardian of the Child may contact us in accordance with Section Eight of this Privacy Policy and require correction or deletion of the Child’s Personal Information.
If we propose to use the information you provided to us for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy, use information we collected for a particular purpose for some other purpose, or if we obtain information about you from a third party, we will obtain your consent before doing so.
If we propose to obtain information about you from a third party, before we do so, we will explicitly in writing require the third party to collect information only after they have obtained your consent and notify you of the information shared with us. If Sensitive Personal Information is involved, we will require the third party to obtain your explicit consent before providing the information to us. We will also require the third party to guarantee the Personal Information is collected legally and in compliance with all requirements. If the third party is in breach, we will require the third party to be responsible for the liability. At the same time, our professional safety team will enhance the security measures we implement on Personal Information (including sensitive information reporting, sensitive information encryption and restrict accessibility). We will protect Personal Information we obtained indirectly in the same manner as the Personal Information of our own users.
Please note that in accordance with applicable laws, if we process Personal Information by way of technical or other necessary measures such that the party receiving the Personal Information will not be able to identify any particular individual and cannot restore the Personal Information, or if we de-identify collected information to conduct research, analysis and prediction for improving content and display of Fliggy International, support business decision from product and service perspective and improve our product and service (including using anonymous data for machine learning and model algorithm training), we do not need to separately notify you or obtain your consent if we use the data after it has been processed in the manner aforementioned.

3、 为订立、履行您作为一方当事人的合同所必需的情况下的共享：您通过飞猪国际平台购买商品或服务，我们会根据您的选择，将您的订单信息中与交易有关的必要信息共享给相关商品或服务的提供者，以实现您的交易、配送及售后服务需求。您可以在相关商品和服务的提供者从事经营活动的主页面查询其营业执照登载的信息或者其营业执照的电子链接标识，以辨别您的交易对象身份。
4、 与关联公司间共享：为便于我们与关联公司共同向您提供部分服务，基于淘宝平台账户向您提供产品和服务，推荐您可能感兴趣的信息，识别会员账户异常，保护飞猪国际平台关联公司或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联公司和/或其指定的服务提供商共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本政策中所声明目的的约束，如果我们共享您的敏感个人信息或关联公司改变个人信息的使用及处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。
1. We are legally required to share the information: we may provide your Personal Information to third parties to comply with legal requirement, for the purpose of litigation and dispute resolution, to abide by administrative or judicial orders or perform other legal obligation.

We share the information to our Affiliates: To enable our Affiliates and us to collectively provide certain service to you, including provide recommendation to you based on products and services provided via Taobao Platform account, identify abnormal activities in your account, protect personal and property safety of Affiliates of Fliggy International, other users or the public, your Personal Information may be provided to our Affiliates and/or the service providers nominated by them. We will only share necessary portion of your Personal Information and such sharing is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If we propose to provide your Sensitive Personal Information to third parties or our Affiliates propose to change of the purpose for which they process or use your Personal Information, we will again ask for your consent.

Currently, the authorized partners we engage fall into one of the following categories:
1. providers of advertisement and analytical services. We apply industry standard security technologies before we engage these business partners process information relating to advertisement deployment, coverage and efficiency. We will not engage these partners to process your Personal Information.
2. Suppliers, service providers and other business partners. We engage suppliers, service providers and other business partners to support us in information processing. Such support includes technology infrastructure service, analyze the manner our service is being used, customer service, payment processing or academic research.

如果我们因合并、分立、解散、被宣告破产的原因需要转移个人信息的，我们会向您告知接收方的名称或者姓名和联系方式。接收方将继续履行本政策及其他法定义务。接收方变更原先的处理目的、处理方式的，会重新取得您的同意。
(Three) Transfer
If we need to transfer Personal Information due to merger, de-merger, dissolution or declared bankruptcy, we will notify you of the name and contact information of the transferee of your Personal Information. The transferee of the Personal Information will continue to implement this Privacy Policy and perform other legal obligations. If the transferee change the original purpose and manner of information processing, they shall obtain your consent again.

If we have confirmed that you violated any applicable law or you are in material breach of the agreement or rules of Fliggy International Platform, to prevent the personal and property safety of Fliggy International Platform users from being harmed, we may disclosure your Personal Information, your violations or breaches and the measures Fliggy International Platform has taken.

5、 如果我们停止提供产品或者服务，或者保存期限已届满。
In one of the following scenarios, you may contact us using the contact information set out in Section Eight and require us to delete Personal Information:
1. If we are in violation of laws or regulations when processing Personal Information;
2. If we did not obtain your consent before collecting or using your Personal Information;
3. If our processing of Personal Information constitutes a material breach of our agreement with you;
4. If the purpose of processing the information has been realized, cannot be realized or becomes no longer necessary;
5. If we cease to provide products or services, or the period of retaining the information has expired.

You may contact us by using the contact information set out in Section Eight and notify us of the change of scope or withdrawal of your authorization for us to process your Personal Information. However please note, for certain types of Personal Information, e.g., those Personal Information necessary for realizing the basic functions of Fliggy International Platform or necessary information for us to perform our legal obligations, we may not be able to process your request. Once you withdraw your authorization, we will cease processing your Personal Information. But your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect our previous processing of your Personal Information based on your authorization.

To ensure the safety of yourself and your account, when you submit a request to us, we may first need to verify your identity (e.g., by way of account verification, require you to submit your request in writing or other reasonable measures), and process your request thereafter.

We do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests. However, for repeated and unreasonable request, we will charge a fee depending on the circumstances. We may refuse your request if: it is not related to your Personal Information, it is a repeated request without reasonable grounds or requires extraordinary efforts to implement (e.g. a new system needs to be developed or the current practice needs to be changed fundamentally), it may bring risks to the legitimate interest of others or it is simply unrealistic.

3. Respond to Personal Information Security Incident
If our physical, technical or management protection mechanism is attacked and information is accessed, publicly disclosed, revised without authorization or damaged which infringes your legitimate interest, we will launch our contingency plan and take reasonable and necessary measures to mitigate the impact as much as possible. If a Personal Information safety incident occurs, applicable laws require us to notify you of the circumstances of the incident and its potential impact, any measures we have and will take in response to the incident, suggestion as to how you may prevent and reduce risks and any mitigating measures. We will notify you via text message, phone call, push message and other reasonable means. 如您担心自己的个人信息尤其是您的账户或密码发生泄露，请您立即联络阿里110投诉举报或联系飞猪国际客服以便我们根据您的申请采取相应措施。您也可以在“我的淘宝-设置-账户与安全-安全中心”自主进行“设备管理”“账号维护”“账号锁定”，以及提交欺诈的投诉举报。
4. Prevent Security Risks of Your Account
When entering into an online transaction on Fliggy International Platform, you will need to provide your Personal Information, such as your contact information or address, to the actual or potential counterparty. Also, via our service, you may communicate with third parties. Please take care to protect your Personal Information and only provide it to other when necessary. Do not use other tools for transactions on Fliggy International as doing so may result in your Personal Information being stole or yourself being involved in online scams.
If you are concerned that your Personal Information, particularly your account or password is disclosed without authorization, please contact Alibaba 110 immediately to report your case or contact customer service of Fliggy International so we may respond to the situation accordingly. You may also utilize the functions of “equipment management”, “account maintenance” and “account lockdown” or report a case of scam in the “my Taobao – settings – account and safety – safety center” tab.
六、政策的更新

1. the business model of this product is materially changed, e.g., the purpose and manner of processing personal information and the types of personal information being processed;
2. Restructure of business, merger and acquisitions which result in a change of the entity hosting this Privacy Policy and such new entity changed the purpose and manner of processing information;
3. Changes to the entities to which Personal Information is provided or publicly disclosed;
4. Material change to Personal Information rights of users or the manner such rights may be exercised;
