Your trust means a lot to us. We understand the importance of personal information to you. In view of this, Taobao Global Platform Service Provider as defined below ("we", “us”, “our”) has made this Taobao Global Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy” or the “Privacy Policy").
本政策適用於淘寶全球平台提供的所有產品和服務。如我們及關聯公司（範圍詳見定義部分）的產品或服務中使用了淘寶全球平台提供的產品或服務（例如使用淘寶全球平台帳戶登錄）但未設獨立隱私權政策的，則本政策同樣適用於該部分產品或服務。我們及關聯公司就其向您提供的產品或服務單獨設立有隱私權政策的（如《淘寶隱私權政策》《天貓隱私權政策》《飛豬隱私政策》《阿里旺旺隱私政策》），則相應產品或服務適用相應隱私權政策。
This Policy applies to the Taobao Global Platform Services (as defined below) provided by Taobao Global Platform Service Provider on the Taobao Global Platform. If the products or services of us and our Affiliates (see the definition section for details) use the products or services of Taobao Global Platform (e.g. Taobao Global Platform account) but there is no separate privacy policy, then this Policy also applies to those products or services. Where we and our Affiliates set forth separate privacy policies for the products or services provided to you (such as Taobao Privacy Policy, Tmall Privacy Policy, Fliggy Privacy Policy, AliWangwang Privacy Policy), the relevant privacy policy shall apply to such products or services.
需要特別說明的是，本政策不適用於其他第三方向您提供的服務，也不適用於淘寶全球平台中已另行獨立設置隱私權政策的產品或服務。例如淘寶全球平台上的賣家依託淘寶全球平台向您提供服務時，您直接向賣家提供的個人信息不適用本政策。
It shall be noted that, this Policy does not apply to products or services provided to you by any third party, nor does it apply to products or services on the Taobao Global Platform that are governed by independent privacy policies. For example, when a seller on the Taobao Global Platform provides products or services to you through the Taobao Global Platform, this Policy does not apply to the personal information provided by you directly to the seller.
在使用淘寶全球平台各項產品或服務前，請您務必仔細閱讀本政策。您確認您使用淘寶全球平台產品或服務的行為表示您同意淘寶全球平台按照本政策下描述收集、使用和披露您的個人信息。若您不同意上述對您個人信息的收集、使用和披露，請停止使用淘寶全球平台各項產品或服務。如對本政策內容有任何疑問、意見或建議，您可通過本政策下淘寶全球平台提供的聯繫方式與我們聯繫。
Prior to your use of the products or services on the Taobao Global Platform, you shall carefully read this Policy. By using the products or services on the Taobao Global Platform, you acknowledge that you have agreed and consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Taobao Global Platform. 淘寶全球平台：指基於“全球買、全球賣”商業理念，由淘寶全球平台服務提供者提供互聯網相關服務及技術支持的電子商務網站(taobao.global或其他啟用的域名)及/或手機應用程序（包括隨技術發展出現的新的服務形態，如小程序）。
“Taobao Global Platform” refers to the e-commerce website (taobao.global or other domain names) and/or the mobile application (including any new service forms emerging from technical development, e.g. mini-program) for which Taobao Global Platform Service Provider provides Internet-related services and technical support based on the business concept of "Global Buy, Global Sell".
淘寶全球平台服務提供者：指淘寶全球平台的互聯網信息及軟體技術服務提供者Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited及其指定的其他服務提供方。
“Taobao Global Platform Service Provider” refers to the service provider of the Internet information and software technology for Taobao Global Platform, i.e. Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and other service providers designated by it.
淘寶全球平台服務：指淘寶全球平台服務提供者在淘寶全球平台提供的產品和服務。
“Taobao Global Platform Services” refers to the products and services provided by the Taobao Global Platform Service Provider on the Taobao Global Platform.
淘寶平台：指包括淘寶網（域名為 taobao.com）、天貓（域名為tmall.com）、飛豬（域名為alitrip.com、fliggy.com、feizhu.com）等網站及用戶端。
“Taobao” means the websites and mobile applications including Taobao (taobao.com), Tmall (tmall.com), Fliggy (alitrip.com, fliggy.com, feizhu.com).
關聯公司：指阿里巴巴集團控股有限公司（Alibaba Group Holding Limited）最新上市公司年報披露的淘寶全球平台服務提供者的關聯公司。
“Affiliates” refer to the affiliates of Taobao Global Platform Service Provider as disclosed in the latest annual report of Alibaba Group Holding Limited.
支付寶公司：指向您實際提供支付服務的Alipay Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited、Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd.以及他們的關聯方。
“Alipay” refers to Alipay Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd., and any of their affiliates that provide payment services to you.
個人信息：指以電子或者其他方式記錄的能夠單獨或者與其他信息結合識別特定自然人身份的信息。
“Personal Information” refers to information, whether recorded electronically or otherwise and whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that information, or from that information and other information to which the organization has or is likely to have access.
淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務：指淘寶全球平台商戶在淘寶全球平台出售的產品和服務。
"Seller Products" refers to the products and/or services offered for sale by sellers on the Taobao Global Platform.
除另有約定外，本政策所用定義與《淘寶全球平台服務協議》的定義具有相同的涵義。
Unless agreed otherwise herein, the definitions used in this Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Taobao Global Platform Service Agreement.

在您使用淘寶全球平台服務時，我們需要/可能需要收集和使用的您的個人信息包括如下兩種：
In general, when you use the Taobao Global Platform Services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal information under the following two circumstances:
1、為使用淘寶全球平台服務的基本功能，您需允許我們收集、使用本政策下所述您的個人信息。如您拒絕提供相應信息，您將無法正常使用淘寶全球平台服務；
In order to enable the basic functions of the Taobao Global Platform Services, you must allow us to collect and use your personal information as explained below. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to use the Taobao Global Platform Services normally;
2、為使用淘寶全球平台服務的附加功能，您需允許我們收集、使用您的部分個人信息。如您拒絕提供，您將無法正常使用相關附加功能或無法達到我們擬達到的功能效果，但這不會影響您正常使用淘寶全球平台服務的基本功能。
In order to enable the additional functions of our products and/or services to you, you may choose to allow us to collect and use certain personal information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to use the relevant additional functions or to achieve the expected functional effects, but it does not affect your normal use of the basic functions of the Taobao Global Platform Services.

As we provide you with a wide range of products and services as part of the Taobao Global Platform Services, and the scope of the specific products/services that are used by different users is different, the basic/additional functions and the type and scope of personal information that we collect and use will differ depending on your use of the Taobao Global Platform Services;

我們通過您的淘寶全球平台帳戶為您提供基礎會員服務。為註冊成為會員並使用我們的會員服務，您需要提供手機號碼、擬使用的會員名和密碼用於創建淘寶全球平台帳戶。如果您僅需使用流覽、搜索服務，您不需要註冊成為我們的會員及提供上述資訊。
We provide membership services to you through your Taobao Global Platform account. In order to register as a member and use our membership services, you need to create a Taobao Global Platform account and provide your mobile number and the member name and password to be used. If you only need to use the browsing and searching services, you do not have to register with the Taobao Global Platform or provide the above information.
對於需要通過淘寶全球平台帳戶才能使用的服務，我們可能會根據您提供的上述信息校驗您的真實身份和會員身份。
For services that are available only through the Taobao Global Platform account, we may verify your identity and membership according to the above information you provide.
我們會根據您的淘寶全球平台會員帳戶使用情況及平台設置的會員等級計算規則確定您當前的會員等級，並為您提供相應會員等級所對應的基本權益。
We will grade your current membership according to the usage of your Taobao Global Platform account and the platform rules for membership level, and provide you with the corresponding basic benefits.
2、附加會員服務

特別會員權益：如果您選擇提供真實姓名、性別、出生年月日、居住地、昵稱、頭像等非註冊必須的個人資料，我們可以為您提供會員生日特權等更加個性化的會員服務。其中，為保證交易辨識度，您的昵稱、頭像將公開顯示。
Special membership benefits: If you choose to provide your real name, gender, date of birth, current residence, nickname, avatar, and other personal information that is optional for registration, we may provide you with more personalized membership services as set out below. In order to identify transactions, your nickname and avatar will be displayed publicly.
授權登錄：我們可能經您同意後向第三方共享您的帳戶信息（頭像、昵稱及其他頁面提示的信息），使您可以便捷地實現第三方帳戶的註冊或登錄。我們也可能會根據您的同意從第三方處獲取您的第三方帳戶信息，並與您的淘寶全球平台帳戶進行關聯，使您可通過第三方帳戶直接登錄、使用淘寶全球平台服務。我們將在您同意的範圍內使用您的相關信息。
Authorized login: We may share your account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) with third party platforms after your consent, so that you can easily register or log in to a third-party account. We may also obtain your third-party account information from third parties with your consent and link the third-party account with your Taobao Global Platform account so that you can log in and use the Taobao Global Platform Services through the third-party account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your consent.
其他會員服務：如果您申請註冊成為賣家、服務商或其他存在額外身份認證要求的會員，您需主動向我們提供身份信息和/或企業相關信息和/或授權我們自支付寶公司處獲取您對應支付寶帳戶的上述相關認證資訊，用於您身份及特殊會員獲取資格的核驗、登記、公示及其他我們明確告知的目的。
Other member services: If you apply to register as a seller, service provider or any other type of member with additional authentication requirements, you will be required to provide us with identity information and/or related company information, and/or authorize us to obtain such authentication-related information of your Alipay account from Alipay for the purpose of verification, registration, and displaying your identity and special member qualifications and other purposes that have been explicitly informed to you.
3、帳戶資訊展示：如果您已擁有淘寶全球平台帳戶，我們可能會在淘寶全球平台服務中顯示您的上述個人資訊，包括向淘寶全球平台的其他用戶展示您的上述個人信息（例如，當您發表一條評論，您的頭像和昵稱將會被展示給所有其它用戶）。我們也會在淘寶全球平台顯示您在淘寶全球平台與您的淘寶全球平台帳戶相關聯的產品和服務中執行的操作（例如您的交易記錄、訂單信息等），上述資訊僅您本人可見。如果您已擁有淘寶平台帳戶，我們可能會在淘寶平台通過您的淘寶帳戶展示您在淘寶全球平台操作信息（例如購物車的商品數量）。
Account information display: If you have a Taobao Global Platform account, we may display your account information (as set out above) on the Taobao Global Platform including to other users (for example, where you post a comment, your avatar and nickname will be displayed to all other users), as well as related activity (such as transaction history, orders, etc.) through your Taobao Global Platform account, which will be visible to you only. If you have a Taobao account, we may also display your activity related to Taobao Global Platform account (for example, number of cart items) on Taobao.

在您使用淘寶全球平台台服務過程中，為識別帳號狀態、完善淘寶全球平台服務和提升您的使用者體驗，我們可能會自動收集您的使用情況並存儲為網路日誌信息，包括：
During your use of the Taobao Global Platform Services, to identify your account status, improve the Taobao Global Platform Services, and provide you with a better experience, we may automatically collect information pertaining to your use of our services and save it as network logs, including:
設備信息：我們會根據您在軟體安裝及/或使用中的具體操作，接收並記錄您所使用的設備相關資訊（包括設備型號、操作系統版本、設備設置、唯一設備識別符、設備環境等軟硬體特徵信息）、設備所在位置相關信息（包括您授權的GPS位置以及WLAN接入點、藍牙和基站等傳感器信息）。
Device information: We will receive and record information about the device that you are using (for example, its model, operating system version, settings, unique identifier, device environment and other software and hardware feature information) and information about the location of the device (including the authorized GPS location, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station information, and other sensor information) based on specific permissions that you have granted during software installation and/or use.

Service log information: When you use the Taobao Global Platform Services, we will automatically collect information pertaining to your detailed use of the Taobao Global Platform Services, and save it as service logs. Such information includes browsing records, clicks, search records, wish list items, cart items, transactions, after-sales, followed and shared information, published information, IP addresses, types of browsers, telecommunication service providers, language used, and date and time of access.
請注意，單獨的設備信息、服務日誌信息是無法識別特定自然人身份的信息。如果我們將這類非個人信息與其他結合用於識別特定自然人身份，或者將其與個人信息結合使用，則在結合使用期間，這類非個人信息將被視為個人信息，除取得您授權或適用法律許可外，我們會將這類資訊做匿名化、去標識化處理。
Please note that separate device information, log information, etc. may not always be enough to identify a specific natural person. If we use such non-personal information in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be deemed as personal information during the combined use, and we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information, unless we have obtained your authorization or it is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

直接促銷。淘寶全球平台或將向您收集的個人資料用於向您發送消息、優惠、宣傳及市場報價用途，就此而言，淘寶全球平台須要取得您的同意。我們可透過電郵、移動應用程式通知、社交媒體連結、短訊、文字／圖像／視像訊息、電話或郵件等方式聯絡您。如您同意，淘寶全球平台可將您的姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼、聯絡位址、社交媒體連結、產品及服務組合資料、交易模式及行為、流覽紀錄、個人興趣，用於淘寶全球平台服務、淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務的直接促銷。如果您不希望收到我們及合作夥伴發出的任何直接促銷通訊，可以隨時透過您的註冊帳戶或我們提供的取消訂閱連結更新您的喜好。在收到您通知後，我們將停止使用您的個人資料作直接促銷之用，並不會就此向您收費。
Direct Marketing. We may use the personal information collected from you to send you messages, offers, promotions and market quotations. In this regard, we need your consent. We can contact you via email, mobile application notifications, social media links, SMS, text/image/video messages, phone calls or mail. Where you have provided your consent, we may use your name, email address, phone number, contact address, social media links, product and service portfolio data, transaction patterns and behaviors, browsing records, and personal interests in order to provide you with direct marketing. We can use the relevant data for direct marketing of the Taobao Global Platform Services, as well as the Seller Products. If you do not want to receive any direct marketing communications from us and our partners, you can update your preferences at any time through your registered account or the unsubscribe link provided by us. After receiving your notification, we will stop using your personal data for direct marketing and will not charge you for this.
（三）為您提供收藏、加購、關注與分享功能

在您流覽淘寶全球平台的過程中，您可以選擇對感興趣的淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務進行收藏、添加至購物車、與您感興趣的商家/品牌/其他會員建立關注關係、通過我們提供的功能元件向其他第三方分享信息。在您使用上述功能的過程中，我們會收集包括您的收藏及添加購物車的記錄、關注關係、分享歷史在內的服務日誌信息用於實現上述功能及其他我們告知的目的。
When browsing the Taobao Global Platform, you may add the Seller Products that you are interested in to the wish list or the cart, or follow the sellers/brands/other members that you are interested in, or share information with other third party through the functional components we provide. During your use of the above functions, we will collect service log information including records of your wish list items and cart items, following relationship and sharing history for the purpose of the above functions and other purposes that have been informed to you.
（四）説明您完成下單及訂單管理
Help you place and manage orders
當您訂購淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務時，我們會通過系統為您生成購買該商品和/或服務的訂單。在下單過程中，您需至少提供您的收貨人姓名、收貨位址、收貨人聯繫電話。該訂單中會載明您所購買的商品和/或服務信息、具體訂單號、訂單創建時間、您應支付的金額，我們收集這些信息是為了幫助您順利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、查詢訂單信息、提供客服與售後服務及其他我們告知的目的。
When you purchase a Seller Product, an order for Seller Product will be generated by the system. In the process of placing an order, you need to provide the name, shipping address and contact number of the recipient. The order will contain the information of the Seller Product, the specific order number, the order creation time, and the amount payable by you. We collect such information to help you successfully complete the transaction, secure your transaction, view order information, provide customer services and after-sales services and to achieve other purposes that have been informed to you.
您可以通過淘寶全球平台為其他人訂購淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務，您需要提供該實際訂購人的前述個人信息。
You can order Seller Products for others through the Taobao Global Platform, but you need to provide the above personal information of the actual buyer.
為便於您瞭解查詢訂單並對訂單信息進行管理，我們會收集您在使用淘寶全球平台服務過程中產生的訂單信息，包括淘寶全球平台商戶提供的商品和/或服務的名稱、數量和明細。
In order to allow you to view and manage your order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of the Taobao Global Platform Services, including the name, quantity and specifications of the Seller Products.
您可額外填寫/選擇包括其他聯繫電話、收貨時間在內的更多附加信息以確保淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務準確送達。
You may fill in or choose more additional information including other contact numbers and receiving time to ensure the accurate delivery of the Seller Products.
（五）幫助您完成支付
Help you complete payment
為完成訂單支付，您需要提供支付寶帳戶並選擇付款方式，我們會將您的淘寶全球平台帳戶會員名、對應的支付寶帳戶會員名、訂單支付相關信息及其他反洗錢法律要求的必要信息與支付寶公司共享。如您選擇由其他金融機構為您提供支付服務的，我們還會將您的包括銀行卡號、有效期在內的銀行卡支付必要信息與您選擇的相應金融機構共享。
In order to complete the payment for your orders, you need to provide your Alipay account and choose your payment method, and we will share your Taobao Global Platform account name, corresponding Alipay account name, order payment related information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay. If you choose payment services provided by another financial institution, we will also share necessary information required by bank card payment including number and validity period of bank card with such financial institution.
您可以請求其他人為您付款，在此情況下您需要提供代付人的支付寶帳戶及/或手機號碼。
You may ask others to pay for you, in which case you will need to provide the payer's Alipay account and/or mobile phone number.
為使我們及時獲悉並確認您的支付進度及狀態，為您提供售後與爭議解決服務，您同意我們可自您所選擇的交易對象、支付寶公司或您選擇的其他金融機構處收集與支付進度相關信息。
In order to learn about and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect information relating to the payment progress from the counterparty you chose, Alipay, or any other financial institution you chose.
（六）幫助向您完成淘寶全球平台商戶的商品和/或服務的交付
Help you take delivery of Seller Products
為保證您購買的商品及/或服務能夠順利、安全、準確送達，我們會向為淘寶全球平台提供物流信息系統和技術服務的杭州菜鳥供應鏈管理有限公司和/或菜鳥智慧物流網路（香港）有限公司（合稱“菜鳥”）披露訂單相關配送資訊，並由其根據商品及/或服務提供主體的指定向相應的物流配送主體同步相關配送信息。您知曉並同意相應物流配送主體不可避免地獲知及使用您的配送信息，用於完成交付目的。
In order to ensure a smooth, secure and accurate delivery of a product and/or service you purchased, we will disclose the order-related shipping information to Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management. Co., Ltd. and/or Cainiao Smart Logistics Network (Hong Kong) Limited (collectively "Cainiao") which provides logistics information system and technical services for Taobao Global Platform. Cainiao will synchronize the relevant shipping information with the logistics service entities designated by the product and/or service provider. You acknowledge and agree that the corresponding logistics service entities will use your shipping information for the purpose of delivery.
為使我們及時獲悉並確認交付進度及狀態，向您提供售後與爭議解決服務，您同意我們可自物流相關服務主體處收集與交付進度相關信息。
In order to learn about and confirm the delivery progress and status in a timely manner, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect information relating to the delivery progress from the logistics service entities.
（七）客服及爭議處理
Customer services and dispute resolution
當您與我們聯繫或提出售中售後、爭議糾紛處理申請時，為了保障您的帳戶及系統安全，我們需要您提供必要的個人信息以核驗您的會員身份。
