Welcome to Taobao Global Platform and enter into the Taobao Global Platform Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with the operator of Taobao Global Platform (see "Definitions" for details).

Read Carefully. Please carefully read this Agreement before accepting the Agreement during registration. Please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, in particular the terms on exclusion or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution. The terms on exclusion or limitation of liability are marked in bold and with underline for your attention. If you have any question about the Agreement, please consult with the customer service of Taobao Global Platform.
【簽約動作】當您按照註冊頁面提示填寫資料、閱讀並同意本協議且完成全部註冊程序後，即表示您已充分閱讀、理解並接受本協議的全部內容，並與淘寶全球達成一致，成為淘寶全球平台“用戶”。閱讀本協議的過程中，如果您不同意本協議或其中任何條款約定，您應立即停止註冊程序。
Signing Action. By filling in the information according to the instructions on the registration page, reading and entering into the Agreement, and completing all registration procedures, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and reached agreement with Taobao Global to become a "user" of Taobao Global Platform. If you disagree with the Agreement or any terms hereof while reading this Agreement, you shall immediately stop the registration.
1. 定義
Definitions
淘寶全球平台：指基於“全球買、全球賣”商業理念，由淘寶全球提供互聯網相關服務及技術支持的電子商務網站(taobao.global或其他啟用的域名)及/或手機應用程序（包括隨技術發展出現的新的服務形態，如小程序）。
“Taobao Global Platform” refers to the e-commerce website (taobao.global or other domain names) and/or the mobile application (including any new service forms emerging from technical development, e.g. mini-program) for which Taobao Global provides Internet-related services and technical support based on the business concept of "Global Buy, Global Sell".
淘寶全球：淘寶全球平台經營者的單稱或合稱，即Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited。
“Taobao Global” (also referred to as "we", "us", and "our" hereinafter) refers to the operator of Taobao Global Platform, i.e. Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited.
淘寶全球平台服務：淘寶全球基於互聯網，以包含淘寶全球網站、客戶端等在內的各種形態（包括未來技術發展出現的新的服務形態）向您提供的各項服務。
“Taobao Global Platform Services” or “Services” refer to the services Taobao Global provides to you based on the Internet by various ways such as Taobao Global's website and App (including any new service forms emerging from future technical development).
淘寶全球平台規則：包括在所有淘寶全球平台已經發佈及後續發佈的全部規則、解讀、公告等內容以及淘寶全球在社群、論壇、幫助中心內發佈的各類規則、實施細則、產品流程說明、公告等。
“Taobao Global Platform Rules” refer to all the rules, interpretations, and announcements, etc. that have been published or will be published on Taobao Global Platform as well as all the rules, implementing regulations, product procedure explanations, announcements, etc. issued by Taobao Global Platform in the communities, forums, and help centers.
阿里平台：指包括淘寶網(域名為taobao.com)、天貓平台(域名為tmall.com)、阿里巴巴中文站（域名為1688.com）、阿里巴巴國際站（域名為alibaba.com）、天貓國際網站（域名為tmall.hk）、速賣通（域名為aliexpress.com）、一淘網（域名為etao.com）、阿里媽媽（域名為alimama.com）、阿里雲網站（域名為aliyun.com）、蝦米（域名為xiami.com）、雲OS（域名為yunos.com）、點點蟲（域名為ddchong.com）、菜鳥（域名為cainiao.com）、神馬搜索（域名為sm.cn）、良心大藥房網（maiyao.liangxinyao.com）、盒馬（域名為freshhema.com）等網站及客戶端。
“Alibaba Platforms” refer to the websites and Apps of Taobao marketplace (taobao.com), Tmall (tmall.com), 1688 (1688.com), Alibaba.com (alibaba.com), Tmall Global (tmall.hk), AliExpress (aliexpress.com), Etao (etao.com), Alimama (dalimama.com), AliCloud (aliyun.com), Xiami (xiami.com), YunOS (yunos.com), Dian Dian Chong (ddchong.com), Cainiao (domain name: cainiao.com), Shenma (sm.cn), Liangxinyao (maiyao.liangxinyao.com), Hema (freshhema.com), etc.
支付寶公司：指提供支付寶服務的主體Alipay Singapore E-commerce Private Limited、Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd. 及其涉及提供相關支付寶服務的關聯公司。
“Alipay” refers to Alipay Singapore E-commerce Private Limited, Alipay Merchant Services Pte. Ltd. and any of their affiliates that are involved in providing the Alipay Services.
關聯公司：指阿里巴巴集團控股有限公司（Alibaba Group Holding Limited）最新上市公司年報披露的淘寶全球平台經營者的關聯公司。
“Affiliates” refer to any affiliate of operator of Taobao Global Platform as disclosed by Alibaba Group Holding Limited in its latest annual report.
2. 協議範圍
Scope of the Agreement
2.1 簽約主體
Contracting Party
【平等主體】本協議由您與淘寶全球平台經營者共同締結，本協議對您與淘寶全球平台經營者均具有合同效力。
Equal Entity. The Agreement is entered into by and between you and the operator of Taobao Global Platform, and shall have binding effect on both you and the operator of Taobao Global Platform.
【主體資料】淘寶全球平台經營者是指經營淘寶全球平台的主體。本協議項下，淘寶全球平台經營者可能根據淘寶全球平台的業務調整而發生變更，變更後的淘寶全球平台經營者與您共同履行本協議並向您提供服務，淘寶全球平台經營者的變更不會影響您本協議項下的權益。淘寶全球平台經營者亦可能委派關聯公司向您提供本協議項下部分服務。淘寶全球平台經營者還有可能因為提供新的淘寶全球平台服務而新增，如您使用新增的淘寶全球平台服務的，視為您同意新增的淘寶全球平台經營者與您共同履行本協議。發生爭議時，您可根據您具體使用的服務及對您權益產生影響的具體行為對象確定與您履約的主體及爭議相對方。
Entity Information. The operator of Taobao Global Platform refers to the entity operating Taobao Global Platform. Under the Agreement, the operator of Taobao Global Platform may be changed according to the adjustment of the business of Taobao Global Platform. The operator of Taobao Global Platform after change will perform the Agreement with you and provide services for you. The change of the operator of Taobao Global Platform will not affect your rights and interests under this Agreement. The operator of Taobao Global Platform may also appoint Affiliates to provide part of the services hereunder for you. There may also be additional operator of Taobao Global Platform due to new services to be offered on Taobao Global Platform. By using such new Taobao Global Platform Services, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to perform this Agreement with the additional operator. In the event of any dispute, you can determine the entity that performs the agreement with you and the opposing party to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific actions that affect your rights and interests.
2.2補充協議
Supplemental Agreement
由於互聯網高速發展，您與淘寶全球簽署的本協議列明的條款並不能完整羅列並覆蓋您與淘寶全球所有權利與義務，現有的約定也不能保證完全符合未來發展的需求。因此，淘寶全球平台私隱權政策、使用條款、淘寶全球平台規則均為本協議的補充協議，為本協議的完整組成部分且具有同等法律效力。如您使用淘寶全球平台服務，視為您同意上述補充協議。
Given of the rapid development of the Internet, the Agreement cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and Taobao Global. Meanwhile, the existing terms of the Agreement cannot fully meet the need for future development. Therefore, Taobao Global Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Taobao Global Platform Rules shall all be supplemental agreements to this Agreement, and shall constitute an integral part of the Agreement and have the same legal effect. By using Taobao Global Platform Services, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the supplemental agreements mentioned above.
3. 帳戶註冊與使用
Registration and Use of Account
3.1 用戶資格
Qualification
您確認，在您開始註冊程序使用淘寶全球平台服務前，您應當具備適用法律法規規定的與您行為相適應的民事行為能力，並確認您已年滿18周歲。若您不具備前述與您行為相適應的民事行為能力或未達到年齡，則您及您的監護人應依照法律規定承擔因此而導致的一切後果。
You confirm that you have the capacity for civil conduct appropriate to your acts as stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations prior to your registration with Taobao Global Platform, and you are over 18 years old. If you do not have the appropriate capacity for civil conduct or are under age, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the laws.
此外，您還需確保您和您的關聯公司不是任何國家、地區或國際組織實施的貿易限制、經濟制裁或其他法律法規限制的對象，也未直接或間接為前述對象提供資金、商品、軟體、技術或服務，否則您應當停止使用淘寶全球平台服務，同時您理解違反前述要求可能會造成您無法正常註冊及使用淘寶全球平台服務。
In addition, you and your Affiliates represent, warrant and agree that you and your Affiliates are not the subject of any trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other legal restrictions enacted by any country, region, or international organization, nor do you directly or indirectly provide funds, commodities, technology, software, or services to the aforementioned subject, otherwise Taobao Global may terminate the Services, and you understand that violating the above requirements may result in your failure to register and use our Services.
3.2 帳戶說明
Account
【帳戶獲得】當您按照註冊頁面提示填寫資料、閱讀並同意本協議且完成全部註冊程序後，您可獲得淘寶全球平台帳戶並成為淘寶全球平台用戶。
Acquisition of Account. By filling in the information, reading and agreeing to the Agreement, and completing all registration procedures according to the prompts on the registration page, you can acquire an account on Taobao Global Platform and become a user thereof.
淘寶全球平台只允許每位用戶使用一個淘寶全球平台帳戶。如有證據證明或淘寶全球根據淘寶全球平台規則判斷您存在不當註冊或不當使用多個淘寶全球平台帳戶的情形，淘寶全球可採取凍結或關閉帳戶、取消訂單、拒絕提供服務等措施，如給淘寶全球及相關方造成損失的，您還應承擔賠償責任。
Each user is only allowed to use one account on Taobao Global Platform. If it is shown by any evidence or judged by Taobao Global according to Taobao Global Platform Rules that you have improperly registered or used multiple accounts for Taobao Global Platform, Taobao Global Platform can freeze or close accounts, cancel orders, refuse to provide services, and take other measures. You shall also be liable for any losses caused Taobao Global and relevant parties.
【帳戶使用】您有權使用您設置或確認的淘寶全球平台會員名、郵箱、手機號碼（以下簡稱“帳戶名稱”）及您設置的密碼（帳戶名稱及密碼合稱“帳戶”）登錄淘寶全球平台。
Use of Account. You can log in to Taobao Global Platform by the member name, email address, and/or mobile number (collectively “Account Name”) set or confirmed by you combined with the password (Account Name and password are collectively referred to as "Account").
由於您的淘寶全球平台帳戶關聯您的個人資料及淘寶全球平台商業資料，您的淘寶全球平台帳戶僅限您本人使用。未經淘寶全球同意，您直接或間接授權第三方使用您淘寶全球平台帳戶或獲取您帳戶項下資料的行為無效。如淘寶全球根據淘寶全球平台規則中約定的違約認定程序及標準判斷您淘寶全球平台帳戶的使用可能危及您的帳戶安全及/或淘寶全球平台資料安全的，淘寶全球可拒絕提供相應服務或終止本協議。
Since your Account for Taobao Global Platform relates to your personal information and the business information of Taobao Global Platform, your Account for Taobao Global Platform can only be used by you. Without the consent of Taobao Global, your authorization, either direct or indirect, to any third party to use your Account or obtain any information under your Account shall be invalid. If according to the procedures and standards for determining breach set out in Taobao Global Platform Rules, it is judged by Taobao Global that the use of your Account may endanger the security of your Account and/or the information security of Taobao Global Platform, Taobao Global may refuse to provide the services or terminate the Agreement.
【帳戶轉讓】由於用戶帳戶關聯用戶信用資料，僅當有法律明文規定、司法裁定或經淘寶全球同意，並符合淘寶全球平台規則規定的用戶帳戶轉讓流程的情況下，您可進行帳戶的轉讓。您的帳戶一經轉讓，該帳戶項下權利義務一併轉移。除此外，您的帳戶不得以任何方式轉讓，否則淘寶全球有權追究您的違約責任，且由此產生的責任及後果均由您自行承擔。
Transfer of Account. Since the Account relates to the credit information of the user, you can transfer your Account if and only if the transfer is expressly stipulated by laws or judicial decision, or agreed by Taobao Global, and the transfer shall comply with the procedure set out in the Taobao Global Platform Rules. Once your Account is transferred, all the rights and obligations under the Account will be transferred in the meantime. Except for the foregoing, you cannot transfer your Account in any case. Otherwise, Taobao Global shall have the right to hold you liable for your breach, and you shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
【實名認證】作為淘寶全球平台經營者，為使您更好地使用淘寶全球平台的各項服務，保障您的帳戶安全，淘寶全球可能會要求您按淘寶全球或支付寶公司要求及相關法律法規規定完成實名認證。
Real-Name Authentication. As the operator of Taobao Global Platform, Taobao Global may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with the requirements of Taobao Global or Alipay and relevant laws and regulations in order to provide better services on Taobao Global Platform and ensure the security of your account.
【不活躍帳戶回收】如您連續六個月未用帳戶登錄淘寶全球平台，則淘寶全球可回收您的帳戶，您的帳戶將不能再登錄淘寶全球，相應服務同時終止。
Retrieving of Inactive Account. If you have not used your Account to log in to Taobao Global Platform for six consecutive months, Taobao Global may retrieve your Account, and your Account will no longer be able to log in to Taobao Global, and the relevant services will be terminated at the same time.
3.3 註冊資料管理
Registration Information Management
3.3.1 真實合法
True and Legal
【資料真實】在使用淘寶全球平台服務時，您應當按淘寶全球平台頁面的提示準確完整地提供您的資料（包括您的姓名及電子郵寄地址、聯繫電話、聯繫位址等），以便淘寶全球或其他用戶與您聯繫。您瞭解並同意，您有義務保持您提供資料的真實性及有效性。
True Information. When you use Taobao Global Platform Services, you shall provide accurate and complete information (including name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) according to the prompts on the Taobao Global Platform so that Taobao Global or other users can contact you. You understand and agree that you shall maintain the truthfulness and validity of the information provided by you.
【會員名的合法性】您設置的淘寶全球平台會員名不得違反可適用的法律法規、公序良俗及淘寶全球平台相關規則關於會員名的管理規定，否則淘寶全球可回收您的淘寶全球平台會員名。淘寶全球平台會員名的回收不影響您以郵箱或手機號碼登錄淘寶全球平台並使用淘寶全球平台服務。
Legality of Member Name. Your member name of Taobao Global Platform shall not violate the applicable laws and regulations, public order and relevant Taobao Global Platform Rules regarding the management of member name; otherwise, Taobao Global may retrieve your member name. The retrieving of your member names on Taobao Global Platform will not affect your login to and use of Taobao Global Platform Services by your email or mobile number.
3.3.2 更新維護
Update and Maintenance
您應當及時更新您提供的資料，在法律有明確規定、或基於交易安全考慮淘寶全球作為平台服務提供者必須對部分用戶的資料進行核實的情況下，淘寶全球將依法不時地對您的資料進行檢查核實，您應當配合提供最新、真實、完整、有效的資料。
You shall update the information provided by you in a timely manner. Where it is explicitly provided by laws, or based on transaction security it is required that Taobao Global as service provider verify the information of certain users, Taobao Global will check and verify your information from time to time according to laws, and you shall cooperate with Taobao Global and provide up-to-date, true, complete, and valid information.
如淘寶全球按您最後一次提供的資料與您聯繫未果、您未按淘寶全球的要求及時提供資料、您提供的資料存在明顯不實或有權機關核實您提供的資料無效的，您將承擔因此對您自身、他人及淘寶全球造成的全部損失與不利後果。淘寶全球可向您發出詢問或要求整改的通知，並要求您進行重新認證，直至中止、終止對您提供部分或全部淘寶全球平台服務，淘寶全球對此不承擔責任。
If Taobao Global fails to reach you in accordance with the latest contact information provided by you, you fail to provide the information timely according to Taobao Global's requirements, or the information provided by you is obviously fabricated or proven to be invalid after verification with authorities, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others, and Taobao Global. Taobao Global may send inquiry notice or correction request to you, and ask you to re-verify, or even suspend or terminate part or all of the Taobao Global Platform Services without liability.
3.4 帳戶安全規範
Account Security Specifications
【帳戶安全保管義務】您的帳戶為您自行設置並由您保管，淘寶全球任何時候均不會主動要求您提供您的帳戶密碼。因此，建議您務必保管好您的帳戶，並確保您在每個上網時段結束時退出登錄並以正確步驟離開淘寶全球平台。
Account Security and Keeping. You shall set up and keep your Account for and by yourself. Under no circumstances will Taobao Global proactively ask you to provide your account password. Therefore, it is suggested that you keep your Account carefully, ensure you have logged out every time after surfing online, and leave Taobao Global Platform by proper steps.
帳戶因您主動洩露或因您遭受他人攻擊、詐騙等行為導致的損失及後果，淘寶全球並不承擔責任，您應通過司法、行政等救濟途徑向侵權行為人追償。
Taobao Global will not be liable for any losses and consequences caused by your intended disclosure of your Account or any attacks, frauds and other acts committed by others. You shall make claims by judicial, administrative and other channels.
【帳戶行為責任自負】除淘寶全球存在過錯外，您應對您帳戶項下的所有行為結果（包括但不限於線上簽署各類協議、發佈資料、購買商品及服務及披露資料等）負責。
Your Sole Responsibility for Your Account. Unless it is the fault of Taobao Global, you shall be responsible for all acts and consequences under your Account (including but not limited to execution of all online agreements, release of information, purchase of products and services, and disclose of information).
【日常維護須知】如發現任何未經授權使用您帳戶登錄淘寶全球平台或其他可能導致您帳戶遭竊、遺失的情況，建議您立即通知淘寶全球，並授權淘寶全球將該資料同步給支付寶及阿里平台。您理解淘寶全球對您的任何請求採取行動均需要合理時間，且淘寶全球應您請求而採取的行動可能無法避免或阻止侵害後果的形成或擴大，除淘寶全球存在法定過錯外，淘寶全球不承擔責任。
Daily Maintenance. If you notice any unauthorized use of your Account or any other indications that your Account may be stolen or lost, it is suggested that you immediately notify Taobao Global and authorize Taobao Global to provide the relevant information to Alipay and Alibaba Platforms. You understand that it will take reasonable time for Taobao Global to take measures upon your request, and the measures taken by Taobao Global may not avoid or prevent the occurrence or expansion of adverse result. Unless Taobao Global is at fault in accordance with statute, Taobao Global will not bear any liability for such result.
4. 淘寶全球平台服務及規範
Taobao Global Platform Services and Specifications
【服務概況】您有權在淘寶全球平台上享受商品及/或服務的瀏覽、收藏、購買與評價、交易爭議處理、信息交流（如問答及分享）等服務。淘寶全球提供的服務內容眾多，具體您可登錄淘寶全球平台瀏覽。
Overview. You can browse, add to wishlist, purchase and review products and/or services, and handle transaction disputes, and exchange information by method such as Q&A and sharing on Taobao Global Platform. Taobao Global provides diversified services and you can log in to Taobao Global Platform to view the details.
4.1 商品及/或服務的瀏覽、收藏
Browse and Wishlist
在您瀏覽淘寶全球平台的過程中，淘寶全球為您提供了信息分類、關鍵詞檢索、篩選、收藏及關注等功能，以更好地匹配您的需求。您可以對您感興趣的商品及/或服務進行收藏、添加至購物車，關注您所感興趣的店鋪/品牌等。
When you browse Taobao Global Platform, Taobao Global provides you with functions such as information classification, keyword search, filtering, and wishlist so as to better match your needs. You can add the products and/or services of your interest to wishlist and shopping cart, and follow the stores/brands you are interested in.
4.2商品及/或服務的購買與評價
Purchase and Review
【商品及/或服務的購買】當您在淘寶全球平台購買商品及/或服務時，請您務必仔細確認所購商品的品名、價格、數量、型號、規格、尺寸或服務的時間、內容、限制性要求等重要事項，並在下單時核實您的聯繫位址、電話、收貨人等資料。如您填寫的收貨人非您本人，則該收貨人的行為和意思表示產生的法律後果均由您承擔。
Purchase of Products and/or Services. Please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification and size of the products, or the time, content, restrictive requirements, and other important aspects of the services when you purchase products and/or services on Taobao Global Platform, and verify your contact address, phone number, recipient and other information when you place the order. If you are not the recipient, you shall be liable for all the legal consequences arising from the recipient's act and expression of intention.
您的購買行為應當基於真實的消費需求，不得存在對商品及/或服務實施惡意購買、惡意維權等擾亂淘寶全球平台正常交易秩序的行為。基於維護淘寶全球平台交易秩序及交易安全的需要，淘寶全球發現上述情形時可主動執行關閉相關交易訂單等操作。
You shall purchase products and/or services based on real consumption demands, and shall not disturb the normal transaction order on Taobao Global Platform by purchasing products and/or services or making claims maliciously. Upon discovery Taobao Global can close the relevant transaction orders or take other measures to maintain the transaction order and transaction security on Taobao Global Platform,
【評價】您可以在淘寶全球平台提供的評價系統中對與您達成交易的其他用戶商品及/或服務進行評價。您應當理解，您在淘寶全球平台的評價資料是公開的，如您不願意在評價資料中向公眾披露您的帳戶資料，您可以選擇通過匿名形式發表評價內容。
Review. You can review the products and/or services of other users whom you have transacted with in the review system provided by Taobao Global Platform. You understand that your review on Taobao Global Platform is made available to public. If you are not willing to disclose your account information to the public in the review, you can choose to publish the review anonymously.
為確保評價內容能為消費者購物決策提供可靠的依據，反映商品及/或服務的真實情況，您的所有評價行為應遵守淘寶全球平台規則的相關規定，評價內容應當合法、客觀、真實，與交易的商品及/或服務具有關聯性，且不應包含任何污言穢語、色情低俗、廣告資訊及法律法規與本協議列明的其他禁止性資料；您不應以不正當方式説明他人提升信用或利用評價權利對其他用戶實施威脅、敲詐勒索。淘寶全球可按照淘寶全球平台規則的相關規定對您實施上述行為所產生的評價信息採取必要處置措施。
To ensure that the review is reliable for other consumers when making shopping decision and reflects the real condition of products and/or services, you shall comply with relevant Taobao Global Platform Rules when you make review, and your review shall be lawful, objective, true, and relevant to the products and/or services and shall not contain any obscenity, pornography, vulgarity, advertising information, or any other information prohibited by laws and regulations or the Agreement. You shall not assist others to improve their credit in an improper manner, or take advantage of review to threaten or blackmail other users. Taobao Global may take necessary measures with respect to the review generated by you in accordance with the relevant Taobao Global Platform Rules.
4.3交易爭議處理
Dispute Resolution
【交易爭議處理途徑】您在淘寶全球平台交易過程中與其他用戶發生爭議的，您或其他用戶中任何一方均有權選擇以下途徑解決：
Dispute Resolution. In case you have any dispute with other users during transaction on Taobao Global Platform, either party can resolve the dispute by:
(1) 與爭議相對方自主協商；
independently negotiating with the other party;
(2) 使用淘寶全球平台提供的爭議調處服務；
using the dispute mediation services provided by Taobao Global Platform;
(3) 請求消費者協會或者其他依法成立的調解組織調解；
requesting for mediation by consumers council or any other legally established mediation organizations;

making complaints to the relevant administrative authorities;
(5) 根據與爭議相對方達成的仲裁協議（如有）提請仲裁機構仲裁；
requesting for arbitration pursuant to the arbitration agreement reached with the other party (if any); or
(6) 向法院提起訴訟。

【平台調處服務】如您依據淘寶全球平台規則使用淘寶全球平台的爭議調處服務，則表示您認可並願意履行淘寶全球平台的客服或大眾評審員（“調處方”）作為獨立的第三方根據其所瞭解到的爭議事實並依據淘寶全球平台規則所作出的調處決定（包括調整相關訂單的交易狀態、判定將爭議款項的全部或部分支付給交易一方或雙方等）。在淘寶全球平台調處決定作出前，您可選擇上述（3）、（4）、（5）、（6）途徑（下稱“其他爭議處理途徑”）解決爭議以中止淘寶全球平台的爭議調處服務。
Platform Mediation Services. If you use the dispute mediation services of Taobao Global Platform according to Taobao Global Platform Rules, it is deemed that you have accepted and agreed to the decision made by customer service or public jury (“Mediator”) of Taobao Global Platform as independent third party based on the facts known to them and in accordance with the Taobao Global Platform Rules (including decisions to change the transaction status of relevant orders, pay all or part of the disputed amount to either or both parties). Before Taobao Global Platform makes decision, you may resolve the dispute by approaches set out in subclauses (3), (4), (5), and (6) above (hereinafter referred to as "Alternative Dispute Resolution") to suspend the mediation services provided by Taobao Global Platform.
如您對調處決定不滿意，您仍有權採取其他爭議處理途徑解決爭議，但通過其他爭議處理途徑未取得終局決定前，您仍應先履行調處決定。
If you are not satisfied with the mediation decision, you still have the right to resolve the dispute by Alternative Dispute Resolution, provided that you shall perform the mediation decision before you obtain the final decision by Alternative Dispute Resolution.
4.4 信息交流
Information Exchange
為滿足用戶間分享購物心得等資訊交流需求，您可通過淘寶全球平台提供的問答、曬單分享、論壇、群組及其他信息發佈功能公開發佈信息及與其他用戶互動，信息的形式包括文字、圖片、視頻或直播內容等，您須確保您所發佈的所有信息均符合相關法律法規及本協議的要求。
To satisfy the user's needs for information exchange, e.g. shopping experiences sharing, you may publish information and interact with other users by use of Q&A, reviews, forums, groups and other publishing functions provided on Taobao Global Platform. The information can be in the forms including texts, images, videos, or live-broadcasting. You shall ensure that all information published by you comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and the Agreement.
4.5 貿易限制
Trade Restrictions
針對通過淘寶全球平台取得的商品、服務、軟體及技術（包括淘寶全球平台提供的軟體及技術），您承諾遵守所有適用的進出口管制、貿易限制與經濟制裁相關法律法規。基於維護淘寶全球平台交易秩序及交易安全的需要，如您違反前述承諾的，淘寶全球可在發現上述情形時主動執行關閉相關交易訂單及作出帳戶處置等操作。
For products, services, software, and technologies (including the software and technologies provided by Taobao Global Platform) available on Taobao Global Platform, you undertake that you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to import and export control, trade restrictions, and economic sanctions. In order to maintain the transaction order and transaction security on Taobao Global Platform, if you are in breach, Taobao Global may close relevant transaction orders and take other measures upon discovery.
4.6費用

淘寶全球為淘寶全球平台向您提供的服務付出了大量的成本，除淘寶全球平台明示的收費業務外，淘寶全球向您提供的服務目前是免費的。如未來淘寶全球向您收取合理費用，淘寶全球會採取合理途徑並以足夠合理的期限提前通過法定程序（如有）並以本協議第8條約定的方式通知您，確保您有充分選擇的權利。
Taobao Global has paid huge cost for Taobao Global Platform Services provided to you. Except for the paid services specified by Taobao Global Platform, the services Taobao Global provides to you are temporarily free. If Taobao Global charges you a reasonable fee in the future, Taobao Global will take reasonable measures to go through the legal procedure (if any) within reasonable time, and notify you in advance in accordance with Clause 8 to ensure your right of choice.
4.7責任限制
Limitation of Liability
【不可抗力及第三方原因】淘寶全球依照法律規定履行基礎保障義務，但對於下述原因導致的合同履行障礙、履行瑕疵、履行延後或履行內容變更等情形，淘寶全球並不承擔相應的違約責任：
Force Majeure and Third-party Reason. Taobao Global provides basic warranties in accordance with laws, but it shall not be liable for any impediment, defect, delay or change of contract performance for the following reasons:
(1) 因自然災害、罷工、暴亂、戰爭、政府行為、司法行政命令等不可抗力因素；
Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, and judicial or administrative orders;
(2) 因電力供應故障、通訊網路故障等公共服務因素或第三人因素；
Public service factors such as power supply failure and communication network failure or third party factors; or
(3) 在淘寶全球已盡善意管理的情況下，因常規或緊急的設備與系統維護、設備與系統故障、網路信息與資料安全等因素。
Factors such as regular or urgent equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failure, and network information and data security though Taobao Global has managed in good faith.
【海量信息】淘寶全球僅向您提供淘寶全球平台服務，您瞭解淘寶全球平台上的信息系用戶自行發佈，且可能存在風險和瑕疵。淘寶全球將通過依法建立相關檢查監控制度盡可能保障您在淘寶全球平台上的合法權益及良好體驗。同時，鑒於淘寶全球平台具備存在海量信息及信息網路環境下信息與實物相分離的特點，淘寶全球無法逐一審查商品及/或服務的信息，無法逐一審查交易所涉及的商品及/或服務的品質、安全以及合法性、真實性、準確性，對此您應謹慎判斷。
Massive Information. Taobao Global only provides you with Taobao Global Platform Services. You understand that the information on Taobao Global Platform is published by users themselves and may have risks and defects. Taobao Global will make reasonable endeavors to protect your legitimate rights and interests and good experience on Taobao Global Platform by establishing legitimate inspection and monitor systems. Furthermore, in view of the nature that the massive information on Taobao Global Platform is separated from physical objects in the information network environment, Taobao Global is unable to review all the information of products and/or services, and the quality, safety, legitimacy, authenticity, and accuracy of all the products and/or services involved in transactions, and you shall exercise due care and judgment.
【調處決定】您理解並同意，在爭議調處服務中，淘寶全球平台的客服、大眾評審員並非專業人士，僅能以普通人的認知對用戶提交的憑證進行判斷。因此，除存在故意或重大過失外，調處方對爭議調處決定免責。
Mediation Decision. You understand and agree that, during the dispute mediation services, the customer service and public jury of Taobao Global Platform are not professionals and can only make judgments based on the proof submitted by users as ordinary persons. Therefore, the Mediators shall not be liable for the mediation decisions, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence.

淘寶全球非常重視用戶個人資料（即能夠獨立或與其他資料結合後識別用戶身份的資料）的保護，在您使用淘寶全球提供的服務時，您同意淘寶全球按照在淘寶全球平台上公佈的私隱權政策收集、存儲、使用、披露和保護您的個人資料。如阿里平台網站或客户端未設獨立私隱權政策但使用了淘寶全球平台帳號登錄相應網站或用戶端的，為保護您的私隱權，我們將參照適用淘寶全球平台私隱權政策的要求對您的個人資料進行收集、存儲、使用、披露和保護。淘寶全球希望通過私隱權政策向您清楚地介紹淘寶全球對您個人資料的處理方式，因此淘寶全球建議您完整地閱讀私隱權政策，以幫助您更好地保護您的私隱權。
Taobao Global attaches great importance to the protection of user's personal information (i.e. information that can identify a user either independently or with other information). When you use Taobao Global Platform Services, you agree that Taobao Global can collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on Taobao Global Platform. If there is no separate privacy policy for websites or Apps of Alibaba Platforms and you can log in to Alibaba Platforms by your account for Taobao Global Platform, in order to protect your privacy, we will collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal information by reference to the requirements of Taobao Global Privacy Policy. Taobao Global intends to clearly explain to you how Taobao Global will process your personal information by Privacy Policy. Thus, it is suggested you read the Privacy Policy completely to better help protect your privacy.
5.2非個人資料的保證與授權
Warranty and Authorization of Non-personal Information
【信息的發佈】您聲明並保證，您對您所發佈的信息擁有相應、合法的權利。否則，淘寶全球可對您發佈的信息依法或依本協議進行刪除或屏蔽。
Publish. You represent and warrant that you have corresponding and legitimate rights to the information published by you. Otherwise, Taobao Global may delete or block the information published by you in accordance with laws or the Agreement.
【禁止性信息】您應當確保您所發佈的信息不包含以下內容：
Prohibited Information. You shall ensure that the information published by you does not contain any of the followings:
(1) 違反可適用的法律法規的禁止性規定的；
information violating the prohibitive provisions of the applicable laws and regulations;
(2) 政治宣傳、封建迷信、淫穢、色情、賭博、暴力、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
information about political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crime;
(3) 欺詐、虛假、不準確或存在誤導性的；
fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading information;
(4) 侵犯他人智慧財產權或涉及第三方商業秘密及其他專有權利的；
information infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others or involving trade secrets and other proprietary rights of a third party;
(5) 侮辱、誹謗、恐嚇、涉及他人隱私等侵害他人合法權益的；
insulting, slandering and threatening information, information involving the privacy of others and other information prejudicing the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(6)存在可能破壞、篡改、刪除、影響淘寶全球平台任何系統正常運行或未經授權秘密獲取淘寶全球平台及其他用戶的數據、個人資料的病毒、木馬、爬蟲等惡意軟體、程序代碼的；
information containing viruses, Trojans, crawlers , and other malicious software and programs that may destroy, distort, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of Taobao Global Platform or secretly obtain the data and personal information of Taobao Global Platform and other users without authorization; or
(7) 其他違背社會公共利益或公共道德或依據相關淘寶全球平台協議、規則的規定不適合在淘寶全球平台上發佈的。
other information contravening with the public interest or public morals or being inappropriate for publish on Taobao Global Platform in accordance with the relevant agreements and rules of Taobao Global Platform.
【授權使用】對於您提供、發佈及在使用淘寶全球平台服務中形成的除個人資料外的文字、圖片、視頻、音訊等非個人資料，均不會因上傳、發佈等行為發生知識產權、肖像權等權利的轉移。除非我們另行說明，在法律允許的範圍內，您免費授予淘寶全球及其關聯公司、支付寶公司非排他的、無地域限制的許可使用（包括存儲、使用、複製、修訂、編輯、發佈、展示、翻譯、分發上述資料或製作派生作品，以已知或日後開發的形式、媒體或技術將上述資料納入其它作品內等）及可再許可第三方使用的權利，以及可以自身名義對第三方侵權行為取證及提起訴訟的權利。
Authorized Use. The intellectual property rights, portrait rights, and other rights in the texts, images, videos, audios other than personal information provided, published and generated by you during your use of Taobao Global Platform Services will not be transferred due to uploading, publishing, and other acts. Unless specified otherwise by us, to the extent permitted by law, you grant Taobao Global, our Affiliates and Alipay a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide and sub-licensable license to use (including store, use, copy, revise, edit, publish, display, translate and distribute the information above or generate derivative works, incorporate the information above into other works in the form, media or technology currently known or developed later) as well as the right to collect evidence and bring lawsuit in our own name against third party in case of infringement.
為方便您使用阿里平台、支付寶等其他相關服務，您授權淘寶全球將您在帳戶註冊和使用淘寶全球平台服務過程中提供、形成的資料傳遞給阿里平台、支付寶等其他相關服務提供者，或從阿里平台、支付寶等其他相關服務提供者獲取您在註冊、使用相關服務期間提供、形成的資料。
To facilitate your use of Alibaba Platforms, Alipay, and other related services, you authorize Taobao Global to transfer the information provided and generated by you in the process of registration and use of Taobao Global Platform Services to Alibaba Platforms, Alipay, and other relevant service providers, or to obtain the information provided and generated during your registration and use of relevant services from Alibaba Platforms, Alipay, and other service providers.
6. 用戶的違約及處理
Breach and Measures
6.1 違約認定
Breach
發生如下情形之一的，視為您違約：
You are in breach under any of the following circumstances:
(1) 使用淘寶全球平台服務時違反有關法律法規規定的；
You violate relevant laws and regulations during use of Taobao Global Platform Services; or
(2) 違反本協議或本協議補充協議（即本協議第2.2條）約定的。
You violate the Agreement or the supplemental agreement hereto (as set forth in Clause 2.2).
為適應電子商務發展和滿足海量用戶對高效優質服務的需求，您理解並同意，淘寶全球可在淘寶全球平台規則中約定違約認定的程序和標準。如：淘寶全球可依據您的用戶數據與海量用戶數據的關係來認定您是否構成違約；您有義務對您的數據異常現象進行充分舉證和合理解釋，否則將被認定為違約。
In order to adapt to the development of e-commerce and meet the needs of massive users for efficient and high-quality services, you understand and agree that Taobao Global may set out the procedures and standards for determining breach in Taobao Global Platform Rules. For example, Taobao Global can determine whether you are in breach by comparing your user data with massive user data; you are obliged to fully prove and reasonably explain your data anomalies, failing which you are deemed to be in breach.
6.2 違約處理措施
Measures for Breach
【信息處理】您在淘寶全球平台上發佈的信息構成違約的，淘寶全球可根據相應規則立即對相應信息進行刪除、屏蔽處理。
Information Processing. If you are in breach by publishing information on Taobao Global Platform, Taobao Global may immediately delete or block the information pursuant to the Agreement and the corresponding rules.
【行為限制】您在淘寶全球平台上實施的行為，或雖未在淘寶全球平台上實施但對淘寶全球平台及其用戶產生影響的行為構成違約的，淘寶全球可依據相應規則采取中止向您提供部分或全部服務、劃扣違約金等處理措施。如您的行為構成根本違約的，淘寶全球可查封您的帳戶、終止向您提供服務。
Restrictions on Acts. If you are in breach due to your acts on Taobao Global Platform or acts not on Taobao Global Platform but having impact on Taobao Global Platform and its users, Taobao Global may take measures in accordance with the rules, including suspending part or all services, and charging liquidated damages. If your acts constitutes fundamental breach, Taobao Global may seize your account and terminate the services.
【支付寶帳戶處理】當您違約的同時存在欺詐、售假、盜用他人帳戶等特定情形或您存在危及他人交易安全或帳戶安全風險時，淘寶全球會依照您行為的風險程度指示支付寶公司對您的支付寶帳戶採取取消收款、資金止付等強制措施。
Alipay Account. If in addition to your breach, there exist certain circumstances such as fraud, sale of counterfeits, and theft of other's account, or you pose risks to other's transaction security or account security, Taobao Global will, based on the risk level of your acts, instruct Alipay to take measures such as cancellation of payment collection and suspension of payment against your Alipay account.
【處理結果公示】淘寶全球可將對您上述違約行為處理措施資料以及其他經行政或司法機關生效法律文書確認的違法信息在淘寶全球平台上予以公示。
Publication of Results. Taobao Global may publish on Taobao Global Platform the aforementioned measures taken against you and other information about violation of laws and regulations as confirmed by effective legal instrument issued by administrative or judicial authorities.
6.3賠償責任
Compensation
如您的行為使淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司、支付寶公司遭受損失（包括自身的直接經濟損失、商譽損失及對外支付的賠償金、和解款、律師費、訴訟費等間接經濟損失），您應賠償淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司、支付寶公司的上述全部損失。
If your act causes losses to Taobao Global and/or Affiliates and Alipay (including direct economic loss, loss of reputation, and indirect loss such as compensation, settlement, attorney fees and litigation costs), you shall be liable for all the losses sustained by Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates and Alipay.
如您的行為使淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司、支付寶公司遭受第三人主張權利，淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司、支付寶公司可在對第三人承擔金錢給付等義務後就全部損失向您追償。
If any third party makes any claim against Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates and Alipay due to your act, Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates and Alipay may recover all the losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.
如因您的行為使得第三人遭受損失或您怠於履行調處決定，淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司出於社會公共利益保護目的，可指示支付寶公司自您的支付寶帳戶中劃扣相應款項進行支付。如您的支付寶餘額或保證金不足以支付相應款項的，您同意委託淘寶全球使用自有資金代您支付上述款項，您應當返還該部分費用並賠償因此造成淘寶全球的全部損失。
If any third party suffers losses due to your act or you fail to perform the mediation decision, Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates may instruct Alipay to deduct the corresponding amount from your Alipay account for the purpose of protecting the public interest. If the balance in your Alipay account or deposit is not enough to pay the corresponding amount, you agree Taobao Global can use our own funds and pay on your behalf, and you shall reimburse Taobao Global for such payment and compensate Taobao Global for all the losses.
您同意淘寶全球指示支付寶公司自您的支付寶帳戶中劃扣相應款項支付上述賠償款項。如您支付寶帳戶中的款項不足以支付上述賠償款項的，淘寶全球及/或關聯公司可直接抵減您在淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司其它協議項下的權益，並可繼續追償。
You agree that Taobao Global can instruct Alipay to deduct the corresponding amount from your Alipay account to pay the compensation as mentioned above. If the balance in your Alipay account is not enough to pay such compensation, Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates may directly offset your rights and interests under other agreements you have entered into with Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates and may continue to recover losses from you.
6.4特別約定
Special Provisions
【商業賄賂】如您向淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司的雇員或顧問等提供實物、現金、現金等價物、勞務、旅遊等價值明顯超出正常商務洽談範疇的利益，則可視為您存在商業賄賂行為。發生上述情形的，淘寶全球可立即終止與您的所有合作並向您收取違約金及/或賠償金，該等金額以淘寶全球因您的賄賂行為而遭受的經濟損失和商譽損失作為計算依據。
Commercial Bribery. If you provide employees or consultants of Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates with any physical objects, cash, cash equivalents, labor services, tours, and other interests with a value that is obviously beyond the scope of normal business negotiation, it is deemed that you commit commercial bribery. In such case, Taobao Global may immediately terminate all cooperations with you and you shall be liable for the liquidated damages and/or compensation as calculated based on the economic loss and loss of reputation sustained by Taobao Global due to your bribery.
【關聯處理】如您因嚴重違約導致淘寶全球終止本協議時，出於維護平台秩序及保護消費者權益的目的，淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司可對與您在其他協議項下的合作採取中止甚或終止協議的措施，並以本協議第8條約定的方式通知您。
Related Measures. If Taobao Global terminates the Agreement due to your material breach, for the purpose of maintaining the platform order and protecting the rights and interests of consumers, Taobao Global and/or our Affiliates may suspend or even terminate the cooperations with you under other agreements and notify you in the manner as agreed in Clause 8.
如淘寶全球與您簽署的其他協議及淘寶全球及/或其關聯公司、支付寶公司與您簽署的協議中明確約定了對您在本協議項下合作進行關聯處理的情形，則淘寶全球出於維護平台秩序的目的，可在收到指令時中止甚至終止協議，並以本協議第8條約定的方式通知您。
If it is provided in other agreements between you and Taobao Global and/or the agreements between you and our Affiliates and Alipay that the cooperation with you under this Agreement may be affected thereby, then for the purpose of maintaining the platform order, Taobao Global may suspend or even terminate the Agreement upon receipt of relevant instructions and notify you in the manner as agreed in Clause 8.
7. 協議的變更
Modifications of the Agreement
淘寶全球可根據可適用的法律法規變化及維護交易秩序、保護消費者權益需要，不時修改本協議、補充協議，變更後的協議、補充協議（下稱“變更事項”）將通過法定程序（如有）並以本協議第8條約定的方式通知您。
Taobao Global may modify the Agreement and supplemental agreements from time to time based on changes of applicable laws and regulations to maintain transaction order and protect consumers' rights and interests. Taobao Global will go through legal procedures (if any) for the changed agreement and supplemental agreements (hereinafter referred to as "Changed Matters") and notify you in the manner as agreed in Clause 8.
如您不同意變更事項，您有權於變更事項確定的生效日前聯繫淘寶全球回饋意見。如回饋意見得以採納，淘寶全球將酌情調整變更事項。
If you do not consent to the Changed Matters, you have the right to contact Taobao Global and provide feedback prior to the effective date of the Changed Matters. If your feedback is adopted, Taobao Global will at its discretion adjust the Changed Matters where appropriate.
如您對已生效的變更事項仍不同意的，您應當於變更事項確定的生效之日起停止使用淘寶全球平台服務，變更事項對您不產生效力；如您在變更事項生效後仍繼續使用淘寶全球平台服務，則視為您同意已生效的變更事項。
If you disagree with the Change Matters, you shall stop using Taobao Global Platform Services since the effective date of the Changed Matters, and the Changed Matters will not be binding upon you; if you continue to use Taobao Global Platform Services after the Changed Matters take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the Changed Matters.

您在註冊成為淘寶全球平台用戶，並接受淘寶全球平台服務時，您應該向淘寶全球提供真實有效的聯繫方式（包括您的電子郵寄地址、聯繫電話、聯繫位址等），對於聯繫方式發生變更的，您有義務及時更新有關資料，並保持可被聯繫的狀態。
When you register as a Taobao Global Platform user and accept Taobao Global Platform Services, you shall provide Taobao Global with true and effective contact information (including your email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) If your contact information changes, you are obligated to promptly update the relevant information and make sure that you can be reached.
您在註冊淘寶全球平台用戶時生成的用於登錄淘寶全球平台接收站內信、系統消息和阿里旺旺即時信息的會員帳號（包括子帳號），也作為您的有效聯繫方式。
The member account (including sub-account) generated by your registration at Taobao Global Platform for login on the Taobao Global Platform to receive website messages, system messages, and AliWangwang instant messages also serves as a valid way to contact you.
淘寶全球將向您的上述聯繫方式的其中之一或其中若干向您送達各類通知，而此類通知的內容可能對您的權利義務產生重大的有利或不利影響，請您務必及時關注。
Taobao Global will send notices to you through one or more ways set forth above, and such notices may have significant impact, positive or negative, on your rights and obligations, to which you must pay appropriate attention.
您有權通過您註冊時填寫的手機號碼或者電子郵箱獲取您感興趣的商品廣告資訊、促銷優惠等商業性資訊；您如果不願意接收此類資訊，您有權通過淘寶全球提供的相應的拒收或退訂功能進行拒收或退訂。
You can obtain commercial information such as advertising information and promotional offers on your interested products through the mobile phone number or email address provided at the time of registration. If you are unwilling to receive such information, you may reject or unsubscribe it through the corresponding function provided by Taobao Global.
8.2 通知的送達
Service of notices.
淘寶全球通過上述聯繫方式向您發出通知，其中以電子的方式發出的書面通知，包括但不限於在淘寶全球平台公告，向您提供的聯繫電話發送手機短信，向您提供的電子郵寄地址發送電子郵件，向您的帳號發送旺旺資訊、系統消息以及站內信資訊，在發送成功後即視為送達；以紙質載體發出的書面通知，按照提供聯繫地址交郵後的第五個自然日即視為送達。
Taobao Global can serve notices to you through the ways mentioned above. Written notices delivered in electronic form (including but not limited to announcements on Taobao Global Platform, SMS sent to the contact number provided by you, emails sent to the email address provided by you, AliWangwang messages, system messages, and website messages sent to your account) shall become effective upon the messages being successfully sent. Notices delivered in hard copies shall be sent to the contact address that you provided and shall become effective on the fifth day after Taobao Global dispatches the notice.
您應當保證所提供的聯繫方式是準確、有效的，並進行即時更新。如果因提供的聯繫方式不準確，或不及時告知變更後的聯繫方式，由您自行承擔由此可能產生的法律後果。
You warrant that the contact information provided by you is accurate and valid, and shall be updated in real time. You shall be solely liable for the consequences due to inaccurate contact information or any delay in notification of the updated contact information.
9. 協議的終止

9.1 終止的情形
Circumstances of Termination
【用戶發起的終止】您有權通過以下任一方式終止本協議：
Termination by User. You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following manners:
(1) 在滿足淘寶全球平台公示的帳戶注銷條件時向淘寶全球申請注銷您的帳戶；
You can submit your application to Taobao Global to cancel your Account when all the conditions for Account cancellation announced by Taobao Global Platform are met;
(2) 變更事項生效前您停止使用並明示不願接受變更事項的；
You stop using Taobao Global Platform Services before the Changed Matters take effect and you explicitly state you will not accept the Changed Matters;
(3) 您明示不願繼續使用淘寶全球平台服務，且符合淘寶全球平台終止條件的。
You explicitly state that you will not continue the use of Taobao Global Platform Services and the conditions for termination are met.
【淘寶全球發起的終止】出現以下情況時，淘寶全球可以本協議第8條所列的方式通知您終止本協議：
Termination by Taobao Global. Under any of the following circumstances, Taobao Global may terminate this Agreement by notice set forth in Clause 8:
(1) 您違反本協議約定，淘寶全球依據違約條款終止本協議的；
If you breach this Agreement, Taobao Global can terminate this Agreement in accordance with relevant clause of this Agreement;
(2) 您盜用他人帳戶、發佈違禁資料、騙取他人財物、售假、擾亂市場秩序、採取不正當手段謀利等行為，淘寶全球依據淘寶全球平台規則對您的帳戶予以查封的；
If you steal other's account, publish prohibited information, defraud other's property, sell counterfeits, disrupt market order, take improper measures for profit, and other improper behaviors, Taobao Global can seize your account in accordance with the Taobao Global Platform Rules;
(3) 除上述情形外，因您多次違反淘寶全球平台規則相關規定且情節嚴重，淘寶全球依據淘寶全球平台規則對您的帳戶予以查封的；
In addition to the circumstances above, Taobao Global can seize your account in accordance with the Taobao Global Platform Rules if you repeatedly and seriously violate the relevant provisions of the Taobao Global Platform Rules;
(4) 您的帳戶被淘寶全球依據本協議回收的；
Your account is revoked by Taobao Global in accordance with this Agreement;
(5) 您在支付寶或阿里平台有欺詐、發佈或銷售假冒偽劣/侵權商品、侵犯他人合法權益或其他嚴重違法違約行為的；
You commit fraud, publish or sell counterfeit or products infringing other's rights on Alipay or Alibaba Platforms, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others, or perform other behaviors in serious violations of the law or this Agreement; or
(6) 其它應當終止服務的情況。
Other circumstances under which the services shall be terminated.
9.2 協議終止後的處理

【用戶資料披露】本協議終止後，除法律有明確規定外，淘寶全球無義務向您或您指定的第三方披露您帳戶中的任何資料。
Disclosure of User Information. Upon termination of this Agreement, Taobao Global shall have no obligation to disclose any information pertaining to your Account to you or any third party designated by you, unless expressly stipulated by law.
【淘寶全球權利】本協議終止後，淘寶全球仍享有下列權利：
Rights of Taobao Global. Upon the termination of this Agreement, Taobao Global shall still have the rights to:
(1) 繼續保存您留存於淘寶全球平台的本協議第5條所列的各類信息；
Continue to retain all kinds of information about you on Taobao Global Platform listed in Clause 5;
(2) 對於您過往的違約行為，淘寶全球仍可依據本協議向您追究違約責任。
Taobao Global can still hold you liable for any breach occurred in accordance with this Agreement.
【交易處理】本協議終止後，對於您在本協議存續期間產生的交易訂單，淘寶全球可通知交易相對方並根據交易相對方的意願決定是否關閉該等交易訂單；如交易相對方要求繼續履行的，則您應當就該等交易訂單繼續履行本協議及交易訂單的約定，並承擔因此產生的任何損失或增加的任何費用。
Process of Transaction. Upon the termination of this Agreement, in terms of your transaction orders generated during the term of this Agreement, Taobao Global may notify the counterparty of the transaction and decide whether to close the transaction order according to the willingness of the counterparty; if the counterparty requires for continued performance, you shall continue to fulfill this Agreement and the transaction order, and bear any losses or additional costs arising therefrom.
10. 法律適用、爭議解決與其他
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Miscellaneous
【法律適用】本協議應受香港法律管轄並据其解釋，但不考慮亦不適用任何衝突規則或原則；如法律無相關規定的，參照商業慣例及/或行業慣例。
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) without regard to or application of conflict of laws rules and principles. In absence of any laws, it shall be made reference to the business practice and/or industrial practice.
【爭議解決】凡因本協議引起的或與之相關的爭議或糾紛均應提交香港國際仲裁中心根據仲裁通知時其有效的仲裁規則，在香港仲裁解決。仲裁員人數為三（3）名，仲裁語言為中文。仲裁裁決為終審決定並對雙方具有約束力。
Dispute Resolution. Any controversy or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time of the notice of arbitration. There shall be three (3) arbitrators, and Chinese shall be the language for the arbitration proceeding. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
【可分性】本協議任一條款被視為廢止、無效或不可執行，該條應視為可分的且並不影響本協議其餘條款的有效性及可執行性。
Severability. If any terms of this Agreement are deemed annulled, invalid or unenforceable, such terms shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions hereof.
【語言】 本協議以英文和中文書就。如兩個版本存在不一致，則以中文爲準。
Language. This Agreement is drafted in the English and Chinese languages. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
